Delivery took 28 days. The build quality is poor and not something I would feel comfortable giving as a gift. The “mystery gift” in the form of a discount voucher is a marketing gimmick.
Customer service did respond promptly, which I’m rewarding with an extra star. Overall, however, I’m feeling very disappointed.

Non realistic shipping and delivery
On 27 December2025 I placed an order with this company. It stated a delivery of between 5 to 10 working days after the initial order was accepted. It has just arrived today 25 days after order. It wasn’t until the 8 January that I found it was coming from China! It was eventually flown from there on 13/1 possibly by carrier pigeon arriving 60 hours later to a U.K. airport where it languished finally being cleared by customs 17/1.
No doubt the copy and paste reply will be that delivery was delayed due to excessive heavy demand. Profuse apologies will be offered to no effect.
When will it be realised that when a company receives 52% one star ratings it is doing something fundamentally wrong?
There are too many complaints like mine for it to be a hiccup in supply.
As to the quality of the product, that given the price should not be an issue.
The only saving grace was delivery by Yodel who delivered it within 24 hours of their receipt.

This company is actually based in China and the goods are shipped from China - result the goods will literally take double the quoted time to arrive
The quoted delivery of 10 business days is simply not true… this company is actually based in china so you will end up waiting weeks. Can’t comment on the actual product since still have not received it indeed as far as I can work out it actually takes 10 working days for them to actually ship so who knows how many weeks it will actually take to arrive I am guessing probably another couple of weeks

I bought the Norma Design Stretch Board…
I bought the Norma Design Stretch Board thinking it would be one of those things I meant to use. Instead, it’s become the one piece of equipment I actually come back to — mostly because it asks for very little and gives back surprisingly much.
A few minutes on the board in the morning and my legs stop feeling like they’ve aged overnight. Calves loosen up, ankles wake up, and my lower back somehow benefits without being directly involved. It’s almost suspicious how effective something this simple can be.
The board itself feels solid and well-made, no wobbling, no drama. It just sits there quietly, waiting to remind you that stretching might be a good idea today. Very Nordic of it.
It hasn’t turned me into a gymnast, but it has made everyday movement smoother — and that alone makes it worth keeping permanently within stepping distance.

Still waiting for item/ no response from customer service
I placed an order on the 19th December, and have still not received any updates on when delivery is due. I sent an email on 26th December asking for an update, with no response. I emailed again yesterday (2nd Jan) requesting a full refund, and again, no response.

Ordered on 11th December and still waiting on 30th December……
Didn’t realise this was coming from china. Customer services said something about volume of demand but the reality is that this stuff is being hauled over from china. The company persona and image are very misleading.

Excellent performance of the Custmer Service team
I ordered a stretch and mobility board however unfortunately for some reason my full address details did not get passed to the Delivery Company.
Despite attempts to rectify this, the delivery was never completed
However I think it appropriate that I write to mention the first class performance of Customer Support team at Norma Design
and in particular the team member Jessica. After I emailed my problem I received an email reply by return
indicating how they would try to remedy the situation. Jessica and the team tried a number of ways over some days to sort out the delivery issue with the Delivery company. When it became clear that delivery could not take place Jessica arranged for a full refund of the product cost. I received the credit within a few days.
While the non delivery was frustrating the assistance given by the Customer Service team was excellent. Replies to my emails were prompt and with suggestions of how to resolve the matter. My refund was very prompt with no quibbling.
I thus intend to re-order the product with Norma Design early in the New Year once the holiday busy period is over

No-quibble refund
My order had not dispatched after 10 days and was unlikely to arrive in time. I emailed the company to request a refund, got an immediate response with and the refund was processed within a couple of days.

Svindel virksomhed - fake!
Jeg anbefaler desværre ikke dette firma. Beløbet blev trukket med det samme efter min bestilling, men jeg modtog hverken ordrenummer eller bekræftelse, selv efter skriftlig henvendelse. Firmaet oplyste, at jeg ville få en SMS med ordrenummer, men det skete aldrig.
Pengene er tabte, og varene er ikke kommet.

Na lang wachten toch ontvangen.
Bezorging van mijn pakket heeft ruim 3 weken geduurd. Toen ik via tracking zag dat het pakket zich in China bevond , heb ik gemaild met de firma en mijn vermoeden van dropshipping benoemd. Comparatively massively overpriced prices
What Norma Design offers here is available elsewhere for much less and more reliably. I found the calf stretcher for half the price of Norma Design's special offer!
I don't want to advertise other online portals here, but it's worth searching the internet for competing offers.

On 31 December 2025, Trustpilot requested further details regarding my review. The form page indicated that I had already provided this information, which was not the case. I am therefore providing the details here.
I am happy to explain my criticism clearly. You price the product in question at CHF 119.95 without discount and at CHF 59.95 with a 50% discount. Based on my own internet research, this price appears to be massively excessive.
Comparable products, which—like yours—are manufactured in China, are nearly identical in design and cost only between CHF 27 and CHF 65, even without discounts and including shipping—i.e. two to four times less.
Your in your advertising claimed unique selling points do not convince me:
Quality: Other retailers also emphasise the quality of their Chinese-manufactured products.
Norwegian design: The products differ only marginally in appearance from comparable Chinese products (see research on “Stretchboard”).
As a result, I purchased the product elsewhere. My review on Trustpilot is intended to warn other consumers about comparatively strongly inflated prices.
Conclusion: In my view, skilful marketing is used to present quality and design as unique selling points, although this is factually not the case. For this reason, I submitted a corresponding review on Trustpilot.
