Product is well made, no problems with my 90kg. I was always up to date about the shipping status. There are a lot of training instructions we can use, online and received via mail.

The slant board is working just as I hoped it would. Long-legged people have great difficulty with the one-legged squat (pistol,) but with graduated heel elevation aiding balance, I can foresee the realization of that achievement.

Absolutely lost for words at the unbelievably poor quality of both the products and service! Not only has this order taken weeks to arrive, but it has arrived in a shoddy, dirty, taped up parcel containing only part of the order. The free gift and training guide are missing from the order!?!
Secondly, the quality of both the seta cushion and board are terrible! They are poorly made and look very cheap! I should have just ordered a replica from Amazon for ¼ of the cost!

I received two and I think they're great. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any training instructions.

Avoid, item took ages to arrive. I need to return it and they ignore my emails/contact forms

The product is great. The only problem was that after the order confirmation, I must have received 20+ emails before I ever even received the product. Delivery was too slow.

I first used my stretch board from Norma Design on 10/2/26. After intermittent light use - I estimate less than 2 hours in total - it broke irreparably on 19/4/26. All of the 5 screws attaching the two separate boards came away.

I contacted the company straightaway. They didn't respond until I prompted them, telling them if I didn't hear from them I would write reviews about their product and customer service wherever I could. We then exchanged a series of unsatisfactory messages. During these, they made reference to misleading "company policy". The first of these was that my claim was invalid because I hadn't reported a fault within 24 hours. That has no standing in UK law, the Consumers Rights Act 2015 lays out the actual enforceable rights. What it says is that within the first six months from delivery, it is presumed that any fault was present at the time of purchase unless the trader can prove otherwise. Of course, they haven't done that.

Their second (presumably intentional) misleading claim is that they are "unable to offer a refund as the order is beyond the 30-day return period." I said this: "My claim is not a return request - it is a faulty goods claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to which your returns policy does not apply. The 30-day period you cite refers to a separate, no-fault right to reject goods. My claim arises from a product defect and operates on an entirely different legal basis. Your assertion that the 30-day return period applies in this case is, once again, misleading and unethical."

To conclude, they offered me a 70% refund. Given the board had 100% broken within 2 hours of use, I felt this unacceptable and rejected it. I gave them 5 days to respond offering to fully refund, I haven't heard from them since.

Norma Design's stretch board is not fit for purpose and their customer service is plainly at least misleading and arguably dishonest. Please learn from my experience and head elsewhere for your stretch board.

The board works well.since been using to strengthen knees reduced 10k time by 8 minutes in under 2 weeks

THIS IS A CHINESE DROPSHIPPING COMPANY. Your order will be shipped straight from China an may take up to a month to arrive, if at all. As will all dropshipping companies, there is no way to tell if this entire operation is just a proxy in front of Alibaba, or even has any influence over its product design or manufacturing. Proceed with caution.

I haven’t received my purchase from 4 weeks ago and your customer service is terrible.
Am I going to get my item or not .
No accountability at all .
I gave you the correct shipping details to a business that’s open 7 day a week . I’m really disappointed.

Product design and quality are outstanding. I now own three Norma Design products.

It’s been 20 days and the order has yet to arrive. Monitoring of a delivery already outside of marketed delivery times is non existent and heavily reliant on bot technology. Customer service is computerized! Buyer beware!!

I bought the balance board and ankle strengthener. I was incline squatting on the board for the fourth time when it snapped (all screws came out of their holes - not fixable and I’m lucky I wasn’t injured). I weigh around 90kg - way under their claims of how much the board can take. I contacted them with photos, and received “I’ll pass that on” messages each time with no action - that’s over the last three months. My only conclusion is that this is a company that moves cheap stock at a high mark up - I guess I was deceived by the luxury wording or relatively higher prices than similar products (“Nordic style” indeed…). Hope somebody reads this first and avoids the same experience.

I love the board. I'd used them before in ballet class so I knew they worked. I look forward to using the board in other ways than just for my lower legs. I really appreciate the way you quickly changed my original order because I made a mistake on the online form. I would recommend your product to anyone. You have integrity and that's not easy to find nowadays, especially online.

Love the products I purchased. The slant board is sturdy, well constructed. I have been using it daily and already see a notable difference in mobility of ankles and Achilles, strength of quads. The shoes are amazing, the most comfortable and my feet are happy. Have ordered 2 more pairs, one for my partner and another for myself.

I have yet to receive my product. Courier did not deliver to original address. Supplied another address to both merchant and courier. Have received no communications from either since. Terrible service and communication.

The board is simple in design, so functional. The plastic wrap debris on the right side of the board was disappointing. Nothing a razor blade can't remove. But I would have expected someone to inspect before shipping.

I received a "delivered" notice at 10:25 pm. No one rang the doorbell, but I checked on my front porch at 10:30 and there was no package. We've never had anything stolen from our porch. I reached out to Norma asking for a photo of the delivery twice and never got a response. I try to support small independent businesses, but this one is a NO for me. It's been almost a week and I've still heard nothing. I know these types of products are great, but find them through another vendor.
