I was confused by their advertising and initiated a purchase thinking it was the board my physical therapist recommended (it wasn't). Within five minutes, I attempted to cancel the order "before it is processed and shipped" and was told that orders are "automatically sent to our warehouse ... so we are unable to cancel or stop it at this time." I was invited to contact them upon arrival and "we will find the best option for you." The best option offered was for me to get a 30% discount on an overpriced item I did not want or pay nearly that in international shipping fees and customs. I will be contacting my credit card company and initiating a chargeback.

Scam. Got no product and no money

I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing as far as updates, and the “track shipment” option brings me to some Temu version of a shipping company that I’ve never heard of before. The only information I’ve been provided is from said shipping company stating there are 60 packages from this company being held up in customs for inspection. I’d love to try the product but for now we wait..

I bought a Norma design board a few months ago delivered to Pittsburgh PA. I didn't use it other than a few times a week. Last week the small screws fell off the board. It isn't made well. I emailed Norma Design and they said I bought it over 30 days ago and couldn't do anything about it. Stay away from this product.

I had the worst buying experience I have ever had with Norma Design. I ordered their stretch board July 6 and it never arrived. The delivery company Norma uses, UniUni had my the wrong zip code. I tried to get them the correct zip and got 2 conflicting messages from them. One saying they would redeliver my order the other saying they couldn't. Norma will not give me a refund. UniUni won't respond to my requests. So in hopes of relieving my persistent foot pain I am out $70.

Product is as advertised. I like it. There was no users manual with it. Had to download. There was also no extra gift. Just a thank you card.

This product is worth every penny spent on it! My husband watched me open it asking what it was for. After showing him he has been using it every day. We both have bad knee's and this has been a life savor. The quality of the board is top notch. I am going to buy one for my office so I can use it throughout the day. Way to go Norma Design! I highly recommend this product.

Terrible customer service, no possibility of speaking to a human. I ordered the vibration plate 35 days ago to help recover from arm surgery and it just arrived WITH NO POWER CORD and a heavily damaged box with crap padding. No trust that this product will have customer support and if or when I will get the power cord from them to see if it actually works.

I only received the board. I have no idea how to use it. No instructions, no additional guide and no Mystery gift.
The board is pretty and well made, what do I do with it?

I am just getting started with this product and I know with consistency I should feel better and have less stiffness.

I received the board, it's in great condition. I'm looking forward to using it. I think I was supposed to get a book or something with exercises I can do with it as well, but I haven't yet received it. But I can ask my PT what she recommends.

Don’t believe their shipping estimates. The “Nordic” board shops from china and takes about a month

Ordered June 6th and it still has not arrived. 3+ weeks later and still waiting

I would be cautious when ordering from this company. I ordered 1 board and was charged for 4. There is no customer service phone number and sent an email w a response in 48 hours. They requested the order numbers which I sent and informed them that I want to cancel the order. I informed them of blocking them at my bank. Never heard back and they are still sending items. I question how much money it will cost me to ship it back.

I paid for my order nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received my purchase . Even though the delivery address was to a business open 7 days a week they claimed the courier couldn't find it , made me try and chase this up with courier . I've sent them 10 emails asking for a reason ,with the same bullshit reply and their service is the worst I've ever encountered.
Disgusting service , no accountability.

The Board arrived quickly and while it has only been two weeks, I am feeling very good about the stretching/balance exercises.

My vibration platform came with a plug suitable for North America so I had buy a UK adapter and the remote had no batteries so a little disappointed !
