I ordered a refrigerator shelf for our camper and it was the wrong one. I sent numerous messages with absolutely NO response. I would NEVER buy from them again due to HORRIBLE customer service!

Morgan once again did an awesome job for me. Nor old on the other hand not so much. I have a 2005 n1095 fridge that the door split open on the bottom because of bad design and can’t just replace the door but need to buy a new fridge for better than a couple grand.

I am so pleased. I got on the chat line for help with my Norcold RV fridge. I didn’t know what the part was called, it held the light for inside the fridge. They gave me the part number and even sent a picture of it to confirm. Very helpful, the part is on its way.

Just awesome. I was looking for one of those unobtanium parts. Even Norcold direct was out with no restock dates. Somehow, I got ahold of Morgan at NPE. He could not find it on a Thursday but stayed on it over the weekend and MOnday said he found "The only one"...and to order it quick. Of course it was delivered promptly. Awesome. Awesome, Awesome!!! Excellent! Part arrived the next day.
I needed to replace a broken fridge drawer lid hinge and didn't really know where to start. I started digging online and not too long in found great information on the website. I wanted to confirm the part I needed so I emailed, thinking I'd be unlikely to receive a response. I was mistaken. I had a reply within 48hrs (may have been less) asking more questions and then was provided some suggestions on what I needed based on me confirming the model number. Once that was confirmed, I called to place my order and it arrived THE NEXT DAY with normal shipping - not express. This was an amazing customer service experience the whole way through. Thank you!!

I would have given it 5 stars but I ordered a new sensor and added the clip. When the parts came there was already a clip on the sensor. So I ended up paying for a clip I didn't need. Maybe I just missed that point when I was looking at the part online. Other than that I am very happy with the part and service. This was a part for our RV refrigerator and had to have it sent to the campground we were staying at. So glad I was able to get the part.
