I ordered a package for delivery 19th December which still has not arrived.

I have not had a reply from Noahs Box since a couple of days before Christmas Eve, despite messaging them asking for an update.

I was initially satisfied with the option to just hold on a couple of days, but this time has been and gone and the poor communication from the company has compounded the issue.

Fantastic kit, box and yarn etc but the instructions are so difficult to even figure out how to make a simple hanging plant holder. Think will have to use good old you tube. Value for money with the kit but the instructions really fail it.

Great experience despite delivery chaos due to Royal Mail strike.

Noah reached out proactively about a delay with the order due the strike (they also had information on the website before I ordered mentioning that delays are likely). When my parcel didn’t get delivered by DPD they sent out a new one within hours and it arrived safe and sound the next day… just in time for Christmas.

PS. Reading the other reviews here it seems like people blame a small startup for something that is clearly due to the Royal Mail strike and not caused by the brand itself…

Had delivery issues but quickly remedied when alerted to it- probably need to work on the efficacy of the online chat function though!

Still not received my order I place on the 15th of December. I asked for the nomination date of the 19th and booked the day off work as it was a Christmas present so I wanted to make sure I was in to collect and also didn’t want my girlfriend to receive it either. I didn’t receive any update to say the parcel wasn’t going to come. When I knew EVRi was going to be delivering the parcel I knew there would be problems and if I knew this before I purchased I would have gone elsewhere. Anyway now on the 28th still no sign of the parcel. They have offered me a full refund on Christmas Eve but at that point it was pointless as I wasn’t able to get her anything else when it would have come back into my bank. I’ve now had to explain to my girlfriend (who wasn’t happy I didnt have anything for her to open in Christmas Day) that she can have a full refund or wait god knows how long for the parcel to come. I personally wouldn’t order again unless I could guarantee they didn’t use EVRi. I was recommended Noah from a friend and they was shocked aswell

Noah replied immediately to my query re what to do about my delayed parcel. They offered to retrieve it from Evri and refund me.
Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended.

Addendum: excellent quality candle making kits were loved by g'children as we're the acrylic paints. I know my parcel was received by Evri a while ago & delay was with them, not Noah. Evri have been inundated this year due to postal strike. Noah stepped in, contacted Evri to ask them to retrieve & deliver my £87 parcel. It was delivered on Xmas Eve.

My granddaughter was delighted with this gift although she hasn’t used it yet.

You are asking me what I thought of something that I haven’t taken delivery of. This was supposed to be a Christmas present yet I didn’t receive it and there was no communication

This arrived very quickly, and there were plenty of delivery updates, the set looked as described. It was a Christmas gift, and my son in law loved it. How the kit actually works out practically I can't really comment on. Would buy from Noah again.

Bought kits to give at Christmas…such a great idea! The first arrived on time, however, due to postal strikes the second was late so I started to panic a little. I contacted Noah’s box to advise them and I received a very prompt reply offering to send further kits and a very helpful reassuring message which is rare in my experience. As it turned out the kit arrived that evening so all was well and I was able to update Noah’s box who again replied with a lovely messsage and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Ordered weeks before Christmas and here I am on Christmas eve still waiting for my daughter's Christmas present to arrive. My inbox is bursting with email after email announcing that my delivery will be "today", waited in for the first week then realised I was wasting my time. Incredibly disappointing, if they had come clean about the delivery issue sooner I could have sourced an alternative present in time for Christmas. Never using this firm again and I have warned all my friends not to use them too. Avoid at all costs.
