Absolute joy and easier than I thought
Firstly receiving the box is like a gift in itself, even if you paid for it! It is beautifully boxed in aesthetic patterns and colours and I could not wait to open this ‘present’! The cord is good quality and the colours are strong and bold and I got the blue and orange one which is perfect for the colours in my lounge. The instructions on the site aren’t the best and the YouTube video is quite fast, but I just googled better instructions and then got the twist. I found it easier to think of it as A over B and C and under D then D over C and B, behind A and through the loop. Maybe that’s just me though. The site says you can make 5 plant hangers (which was all I wanted to make) but only gives 4 rings which is odd.I thought I must have lost one behind a sofa cushion but then saw only 4 are provided. Once you get to grips with the knotting it’s super easy and I’ve already made 3 of the 4 having started my first yesterday! I took a few weeks to open the box as I was worried it would be really hard, but it’s not and it’s very therapeutic too. I love this and only marking down a point for instructions and ‘missing’ ring. Thanks for a fun activity. I’ll certainly think of these as gifts too.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and constructive review of your purchase. I'm so glad you love your kit and welcome any photos of the finished crafts :-)
We are working on amendments to the instructions so if you are able to give any further feedback on how we can make them better I would really appreciate it.
With regards to the product info online, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I am really sorry if this came across as misleading. I have requested the information be reviewed and amended accordingly. The rings are for decorative purposes. The S hooks are for hanging :-)
Please send any feedback (and pics) to hello@noahsbox.com
Take care and wishing you all the best,
Emma
Terrible quality items don’t last a year
Do not buy the box full of uni essential items for your children going into their first year at uni. You’re better of buying high quality crockery and utensils from your local stores yourself then Noah’s box. Handles of pots and pans are loose after a year, can opener was cheap and broke in under a year, mugs have chips and cracks in them and leak after a year. Some didn’t even last me into my second year of uni the quality was so terrible my sister didn’t get noah’s box for her uni experience. They take ur lump sum and spend it on cheap utensils that break after usage. Invest in name brands for longer lasting items.

Hi Taylor,
I'm so sorry to read you had a disappointing experience with the noah kitchen packs you purchased for your children.
As the noah brand has only been under the Gailarde umbrella for less than a year I'm afraid I am unable to access your order details.
However I am pleased to report our procurement team spend a considerable amount of time and effort making sure the items we supply companies and students (and parents!) are top notch quality!
If you'd like to give us a try please contact our customer service team at sales@unikitout.com who will be happy to offer you a discount :-)
All the best,

Support is good, Kitchen set not fit for purpose
I bought my Head Chef kitchen set in October 2022 so I feel like I've allowed enough time to fully review the product. Delivery was great, so speedy and the customer support when issues arose initially around the product was great so this review is not based on their great work - just the products themselves. First off, I noticed the utensils in the kit weren't great, the masher bent the first time of using, the veg peeler didn't peel and the chopping board chipped, meaning splinters came through. After contacting the support they kindly refunded me a portion of the cost of the kit so I could replace the items which was appreciated but annoying as it meant a trip to a few different shops to get what I wanted. Around 6 months of using the pans, all of them started to lose their non-stick (even though only have been hand washed) and finally today, after trying to cook an omelette, one of the pans non-stick has completely gone and resulted in a very sad looking eggy, spinach mess in the pan & plate! Overall, I wouldn't recommend the products provided in the 'premium' kit but as mentioned, the support was great initially, as it's been over 1 year I don't think I'm able to get a further reimbursement for the new pans I'm going to have to buy.

The pictures shown are very misleading…
The pictures shown are very misleading as there are no terrazzo chips included in the kit so the results are very bland and, unlike the video, can't be "revealed" through sanding. It was a huge disappointment, especially for the price of the kit.

Svar fra Noah
Hi there, thanks for reviewing our product & providing feedback.
Terrazzo chips are indeed not included separately in the product as those are created with the existing Jesmonite and coloured pigments by spreading a thin layer and breaking it after the Jesmonite has hardened. This way you can create your own chips in any colour or size you might want 😊
There should be a flyer in the Kit to explain the whole process but you can also find the process here including a video: https://noahsbox.com/community/beyond-the-box/how-to/how-to-make-jesmonite-terrazzo-chips
I do apologise that this wasn’t clear when creating your first pieces and I have forwarded your feedback to our product team to make sure the process is made clearer on the flyer.
I hope you have some Jesmonite left over to create some extra pieces 🙌
Otherwise, please feel free to reach out to our support team on Hello@noahsbox.com and refer to this Trustpilot answer to get some extra Jesmonite sorted for you.
Have a lovely evening!
Best wishes,
Team noah
Excellent Customer Service
The customer service at Noah’s box has been truly excellent. After my daughter had had some issues with her kit meaning that some of the ingredients were wasted we contacted customer services and they have been so supportive in sending out a replacement kit and checking to ensure we are satisfied with the product. The quality of the kit itself is excellent. So much better than a standard kit so that you really can do some impressive projects

Hi David,
I'm so happy to let you know we do the utmost to make sure all products and ingredients used to make our noah kits are friendly and kind to the environment.
The only resins we use are natural and our plastic moulds are all reusable. Wax used in our candle kits is made from soy and our pottery kits are made with 99.9% clay which is a naturally mined product from the earth. Jesmonite is an eco-friendly safe alternative to resin, plaster and concrete.
All the handy tools we supply are made from wood or metal and the paint and pigment bottles are recyclable.
However, we know there is always room for improvement so please get in touch directly at hello@noahsbox.com with any suggestions.

Very unhappy with the product. Not as expected at all.
We thought we could make at least 5 items, but after the first 2 were disastrous, due to unclear instructions, we gave up.
It looked like something my 3 year old daughter would make. Highly overpriced for what you get

MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER
Just received my first order and am extremely disappointed. I purchased extra UK Terracotta clay which was supposed to be in 1kg but received only 750g.
It is extremely misleading when ordering the Pottery kit about whether paints are included.
The instruction leaflets are very basic and not as expected.
Having researched the cost of purchasing the individual items elsewhere on the internet it is my opinion that the materials are extremely high priced.
The packaging, like the Website is very professional and slick but the reality and cost of the products leaves, in my opinion, much to be desired.
Any future purchases I make will be more carefully considered and definitely from a different supplier.

Hi Daniel,
I am so sad to read how disappointed you were with your purchase.
Firstly, apologies for any confusion with the clay. All our clay pouches are 750g. I have checked all specifications online and I am unable to see the pouches anywhere advertised as 1kg so I am really sorry if you felt like we deceived you in any way.
We have tried to make the website as simple and user friendly as possible (with images relating to each product when selected) so I am sorry if you feel the way we present our kits is misleading. This was/is not our intention.
With regards to the instruction leaflet received, I thank you for this feedback, We are always looking at ways to improve and add more helpful tips and tricks to the leaflets so our customers can get the best results. If you have any suggestions we'd love to hear them.
Please get in touch directly at hello@noahsbox.com.
Wishing you all the best,
Emma
