Our table arrived within a few days of our order. Great quality and looks beautiful in our living room.

Bought some candlesticks as a wedding present after I'd seen an advert over the internet. They were good quality but one had a flaw from the casting. Customer services were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement within 48 hours. Very impressed and would recommend the company to others.

In the past I’ve loved everything from Nkuku that I’ve purchased but this time I was disappointed unfortunately.
I ordered 2 Mahi side tables thinking that judging by the photo of them they would be perfect - a lovely aged brass finish that would blend with my rustic nkuku lamps etc
If my son hadn’t already opened them & destroyed the boxes that they came in before I got home from work I would have returned them.
They look nothing like the photo on the website & are most definitely just like a shiny brown colour. Also, one of them was
scratched. Not thing to like about them at all.
They look extremely utilitarian & I’ve had to buy tablecloths to hide them.
Very disappointing.
I will continue to buy from Nkuku & trust that this experience will be a one off as I love their style!

Excellent product and great customer service. When the delivery company lost my original order a new one was sent and received in two days.

This is the second time I use Nkuku, I do love both purchases. The products are really good design and quality. Arrived when told. Haven’t had any problems or needed to return anything.

APPALLING. WASTED HOURS DAYS OF MY TIME. ORDER WAS TO MY HOME ADDRESS, AM PARTIALLY DISABLED. RECEIVED MESSAGE TO COLLECT PARCEL FROM LOCAL POST OFFICE. STRUGGLED TO GET THERE IN POURING RAIN. NO PARCEL DELIVERED. HOURS SPENT PHONING DPD DELIVERY, NKUKU IN DEVON, WRITING E.MAILS, NEVER DELIVERED. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.NO APOLOGY. NO REPLY.NEVER ANSWER TEL.
EVENTUALLY AFTER 10 DAYS REFUND ,BUT NO NOTIFICATION.

Very easy from start to finish and in-between.

Delivery an absolute joke. Still haven’t received my order. Delivery team are outsourced and are rude and unhelpful.

Return delivered back over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Sent an email last week and no reply. They don't seem to have any customer service, looks like I will have to go through the chargeback process with my bank.
