However, due to the credit card verification process, it took longer than expected to clear my payment and it would have been impossible to receive the camera on time with the 3-day priority shipping service that I purchased with my order. Victor was kind enough to upgrade me to Saturday shipping for free. This is top-notch customer service! Received my item today. Camera looks great! Excellent sales and service team.

I want to thank the team over at NJA for their professionalism and getting us some great projectors.

We needed 10 casio projectors at the Hilton in virginia beach and initally they were hard to get. i checked out NJA and saw some unfavorable comments along with some positives ones so i gave them a try and I was very please with the level of service and support we had when purchasing these units.

About 3 months ago, one of the units stop working and i contacted Casio but they were very hard to deal with for the repairs. So I called NJA and ask for assistance. They immedtaily got me an RMA and I was able to return the defective unit.

About 15-20 days later , i got a working replacement unit. That's what I called service in my business. My team manages 3 Hiltons hotels in Virginia Beach and I was very impressed.

I spoke to the owner , victor, and He explainned and they were a small family business that growing and at times can be challenging with alot of negatives but sounds like they are just trying to do their jobs.

I recommend that they continue to expand their operations and keep trying to deliver great service and prices.

Very unimpressed with customer service. Was sent Nikon batteries for a Canon, like pulling teeth trying to get correct batteries sent to me. They asked me to pay for postage to send Nikon batteries back to them when it was not my error. Finally received the correct batteries almost two weeks later, some off brand battery and only one works. I hope my camera lasts, NOT worth contacting them AGAIN. TERRIBLE.
