I’m new to photography, and was told I needed a 50 mm lens and they had the best price hands-down that I found for A brand new lens. I also had to call customer service and they were super helpful and super nice. In fact I called twice and different people both times both very helpful and nice. Just received it and couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would order from them again!! There’s a flyer that says they included a free gift, I don’t see it anywhere but I don’t care because everything else was perfect LOL

Edit: Found the free gift it’s a mask, how nice! I just ruined mine and needed another one so that’s perfect!

The product is GREAT and customer service is EXCELLENT. I placed an order for this product with another reseller and I was experiencing delays and uncertainties regarding the delivery of the product. I reached out to NJ Accessory got a good deal for the product that arrived the following day. The most impressive thing was the customer service representative - He was patient, courteous, well informed and warm. The product is working well. I'll be a repeat customer for sure and confidently recommend NJA to those that I know.

They helped address my concerns even when it meant taking the business elsewhere. Felt comfortable and connected at all times even during such trying times. Highly recommend!

I call it false advertising even though they wouldn't admit it. I ordered a new Cannon G16 camera from them and the internet said they had 11 in stock. Every day for a week I received an email saying thank you for the order. I called them and asked why I kept getting it and what was going on and they said they needed to confirm the order and they'd call me back - they didn't. The next day I received a different email stating my credit card company declined payment and I needed to call them or email them, but it wouldn't delay my order. The credit card company approved my purchase the day I made it. After many calls and an email I finally got in touch with NJ again 3 days later and they stated they don't have any G16's and haven't for a long time since they don't make them anymore. They tried to talk me into a re-furbished one or a newer Cannon for about $190 more than anyone else charges. I cancelled my order and told them it was false advertisement.

I was called by Mr. NJ (I assume the owner by how he presented himself.) After I explained to him my rating he stated I was unfair and only looked at the negative and I should have considered the positive side and told the whole story. That being his staff was professional and offered alternatives that saved me money and were better. He felt the rating should have been 3.5 rather than 1. He was correct in that his staff was professional and did offer alternatives. I can’t say that for Mr. NJ though. The whole story is that he proceeded to call me a Piker and that I was dishonest for not telling the whole story. He then proceeded to me being a Dishonest Degenerate Piker. From there I was threatened and that he would find out my name and where I live and get me (He already had that information since I placed an order). He stated he would get his lawyers after me as well. (By this time I was taking notes.) In the end he was calling me a Dishonest, Degenerate, Stubborn, Old, Poor, Maple Syrup, Piker, F*#% and my wife wore the pants in my house. He also stated I would soon be unemployed and used the F-bomb many times. I think it was the most interesting (not good) conversation I’ve ever had. I finally stated “This conversation has gone on long enough. Have a nice day.” and hung up the phone.
On a positive note for Mr. NJ, he did what he said he would do regarding the M16 camera. He stated he would lower the price by $200 and sell lots of them to show me how to make money. In checking his web site the camera price dropped from $994 to $798. It still shows between 5 and 16 Available/In Stock from what I can tell. It also shows some Available/In Stock for a refurbished G16 camera, which according to his staff they don’t have on hand either and there was only 1 left they could get. It appears there is a random number generator to determine the amount Available/In Stock as it changes every time you refresh the screen. And by the way, the “better” offer they originally made was for a G7 Mark II for $690. The advertised price on their web site for this camera is only $467.
I’ll let you decide what the rating should be.

Great lens!! Very happy with purchase!!

First I will start with the good. The price I paid for the product was great. No shipping charges or sales tax added to the savings. The product arrived in fine shape and was exactly what I ordered. The follow-up once the product shipped was great too. However, when I first placed the order, there was no confirmation email to let me know the order was received or any expected shipping date. My credit card was charged immediately but no correspondence until shipping, over two weeks later. Customer service did not answer any telephone calls, respond to recorded phone messages or answer emails sent to them regarding the status of the order. I would have canceled the order had not the credit card company suggested I wait a couple weeks.
Glad I waited, just work on your customer service.

I want to buy a brand new Nikon 750 carema body, and I searched many companies and found the lowest price here. Quick deliver. It is a good experience.

I ordered a professional camcorder (Sony PXW-Z150) and paid $130 for expedited shipping. When I did not receive a shipping notice after a couple of days, I called customer service. First, a lady said the camera is on back order. (Their website said it was in stock) When I asked her to cancel my extra shipping payment because they could not get it to me expeditiously, she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I then spoke to a man saying that the camera I ordered was a PAL version and that the American NTSC version is almost $500.00 more, but I can get it in a matter of days because they have the more expensive model in stock. When I questioned him on the difference and why their website says one thing and by phone I get another story, he became combative and argumentative on the phone. He then simply informed me that he was cancelling my order, as if he was punishing me for asking too many questions. Bottom line is, the camera I ordered switches between NTSC and PAL. He was either ignorant or deceiving. I am thrilled that my order was cancelled because I found the same camera, in stock, ready to ship with a bonus 4 year warranty at a better price from a more reputable company. As for this outfit, I will not shop with them. If you cannot trust the information on their website, they charge expedited shipping charges then lose urgency once they landed a sale and then spin some fabricated story of camera format as an excuse and simply cancel my order to "punish" a client, ain't nobody got time for that.

I am overwhelmed with joy I received my camera and to my very surprise it was so unbelievable someone smack me and wake me up everything was new never opened even the Nikon warranty was still in the box and is still good. This is so amazing I did not even know that you can buy new in Ebay. It meets my expectations and then some just think I was buying this camera from another dealer till they said I had to pick it up thank God for that I had to cancel that order. And thank God I found max savings the camera I had to cancel was 800.00 it came with nothing and it was used. The camera from max saving was way cheaper and it was loaded with everything I mean loaded. 679.00 better deal max savings rules I love my new camera from Nikon it was one of my best investments yet. I will be back for more savings.

Being so used to ordering from companies like Amazon I was a little hesitant to order from njaccessory. I needed a replacement battery for my camera and after some research for the best price I stumbled upon them. I was very impressed by how quickly my order was shipped and so far the battery is working well. Will definitely look back into you guys if I ever need anything else.

Purchased Nikon D850 with 14-24mm f/2.8G Lens. Package arrived today with no lenses. Camera did not look new since water spots were on it. I should have known the price was too good to be true. Sending this back ASAP and they better give me full refund or I’ll report to better business bureau.
