While I've been very satisfied with B&H for 25+yrs, I do shop around. Both Adorama and Amazon have proved to be worthwhile alternatives.

Well I went against my typical purchasing habits and ordered a fairly large ticket item "A7rii" from njaccessory.com.

I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my Sony A7rii. Communication was excellent as well as the prompt service, highlighted by very competitive pricing.

I didn’t receive a USB cord nor an audio video usb cord with my Nikon D3200 camera. All other accessories were included but I wanted to make videos for online use.

Wanted to replace a lost DJI Drone. Did not want newest model for certain reasons, and they were able to find an open box, discontinued unit for me. Thanks and I highly recommend.

**UPDATED - They sent me a brand new camera and everything works fine!*** The store has reached out to me and I have sent the camera back to them. I'll update as events happen.*** I purchased a Nikon Camera. Charged it. Screen wouldn't come on. Called 3 times and left messages and sent 1 email, no response. $499 spent and no resolution or even an acknowledgement of an issue. I've have gone to the BBB. One week in of a request for a response from the BBB and nothing yet.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Max from NJ Accessories, not only was his customer service impeccable but his product knowledge was outstanding. As much as I drove him crazy changing my order around, not once did he lose his patience. My experience with NJ Accessories has been great and I would recommend them to anyone.

It goes back to Victor who took care of me in December with a large camera order that went out to my daughter in Germany. Although I did not like the camera I purchased, I was able to return it and get a credit towards the camera I DID want.
Customer service did try to accomadate me and ultimately, I got the camera I really wanted.

I had an amazing and wonderful experience with NJAccessory and the sales rep- Vishal.

I was very worried when I found the camera I bought did not had the feature why I bought it in the first place. Later I realized they had shipped me a korean version of the camera that lacked the features, unfortunately I had exceeded the return period.

I still took a chance and called them, Vishal was a huge help. He provided me exchange beyond the return period and took care of both way shipping.

Ordered a drone for my son. 2 days no status updates, no charges on the account etc. Contacted them, because apparently on 21st century you can't check the status of the order through the sellers website, they told me my order was fraudulent, because my bank reported so.
I immediately contact my bank argue my way through 2 departments each specialist telling me that there were no attempts to charge the card, no inquiries or calls about verifying any details. When I wanted to go back to njaccessory they kept forwarding me to their voicemail. Thanks guys, thanks for a ruined surprise for my son.:)

I bought a Canon camera package from NjAccessory and they sent me a generic battery with the official Canon charger. The battery wouldn't charge. So I had to buy a Canon battery for $100 so I could use the camera. After reaching NJAccessory Customer Service, they offered me $100 credit against the expense. They were more than fair about it

This company is beyond amazing. Purchased my 3rd camera which is the nikon D850 Kit. They have always fulfill my orders correctly and delivered on time.. Great customer service experince. #1 go to online electronic store.
Incredible image quality, particularly sharpness.
Rear touchscreen is iphone-like -- very responsive and intuitive to use.
Screen is much brighter than previous Nikons and the refresh rate seems to be totally "real-time" which is a real improvement.
Autofocus is extremely fast.
Overall camera CPU performance seems very fast.
ISO button has been moved and is much easier to find/use.
