I’m pretty upset. The lens advertised was a CANON 50mm which is obviously what I thought I was ordering.. I received a NIKON lens I can’t even use. Not I have to fool with doing a return and wait on another lens! QUITE ANNOYED.

worst customer service ever! product was misadvertised. upon receipt, immediately contacted customer service several times. never received a call back or an email.

will never buy a product from this company!

PLEASE read this review before paying any attention to the negative ones! Its a little long, but please read it. I purchased a Nikon D3500 DSLR Camera (body only) deluxe bundle on Nov 26th, 2020. Walmart and all the places they utilize through Walmart.com, Beachcamera.com, and most of the listings on Amazon were sold out of this combo. They were even out of more expensive combos I would have purchased if they were in stock. I panicked and started looking for other sites and came across NJACCESSORY.COM. They had the combo in stock and I purchased it.

A few days went by without any updates or shipping info. I checked my checking account and the money hadn't come out for my transaction. So I started looking for reviews and found sooooo many negative ones. Reviews about receiving the wrong or used products and having issues with customer service. Of course, I panicked again. I reached out to their customer service via phone and a chat system. I found the representative I spoke/texted with to be very helpful and patient with me.

On December 2nd the transaction was processed, and true to their word, my bundle came in as stated on the site within the time frame they provide. The box had obviously been opened before, but was sealed with tamper proof tape. Again, a little panicked about this Christmas gift. It's now December 17th and my fears about about reviews I had read came to mind. I opened the box and found the camera was not used, nor were the pieces inside the box. They had only removed the smaller lens that typically comes with this combo. They sealed it back with tamperproof tape and left it in the combo box that has the lens pictured on it. Again, the lens was not part of my combo so they only took out what wasn't part of it. All of the accessories were accounted for. The product was shipped using FedEx and packaged with a box full of foam peanuts so it was very well protected during shipping. They even included a free fast charger for the camera batteries which I really appreciate!

Some considerations from my experience....
1. This company isn't Amazon. Don't expect the fastest turn around in the world.
2. Make sure when you purchase whatever you get to keep that money in the bank until it's processed because it may take a few days. 3. Have some faith and trust this place. If you need something they'll answer your questions. 4. My product came in as described and in the time frame they provided when I checked out.

NJACCESSORY.COM saved me a lot of needless running around and searching for this camera around the holidays when everyone else was sold out. I will use them again in the future should the need for other camera accessories arise and I sincerely thank them for their patience with me as a customer. I really hope they take the time to read this too.

I’m a skeptic and when I didn’t receive any kind of order confirmation after I placed my order, I was nervous. I waited two days and then reached out via email. After no response I was more nervous. Finally, I called their customer support. Sarah answered promptly and was not only polite but also assured me they received my order and it had in fact already shipped. A few days later I received my package and to my surprise they had included the battery for the charger I bought for free! I thought how nice! So they earn 5 stars from me.

I got the free upgrade without any extra charges and getting in 2-3 days, which is excellent service.

Purchased Canon 5DS through NJA and Buy Direct and Save who they sell through. Only because I followed up a week later did I find that the order had been cancelled - bait and switch - or bait and cancel. Lame

- Advertised a lower price on Google Shopping.
- Then sent an email to "confirm the order".
- Upon calling, they said there was a delay (as it turns out later to get me cancel the order, which I didn't do).
- Then they lied that the payment did not come through, and there I'd have to order again. (There was no indication anyone tried to charge the credit card, which usually is very visible from BofA, including any missed attempts)
- They asked to reorder on the website, but the prices increased by 10%.
- Again, I did not cancel that order. They did. Which I understand they can't once they sent you an order confirmation with the advertised price (which they did).
- Days later I received an email "confirming my wish to cancel the order" - which I never did.
- All in all very bad way of doing business, lying to customers, wasting my time.

Do yourself a favor and go buy somewhere else.

I wanted to order an item. When I was entering my address, even before entering my card number or CVV I got an order confirmation message and order ID. I also received confirmation emails a few minutes later.
However, I checked my cards, and I wasn't charged. I'm not sure what's going on!!!

Bought a new tripod and received a used one!! Missing parts and damaged item! Horrible service to return!

I received the Amazon Kindle Oasis 32gb eBook reader and determined it that the total space on the device was only 2.76gb when I checked the properties of the device drive on my computer. I contacted NJAccessory and explained my problem. The person I talked with did not seem to be able to understand or take care of my problem. I was asked if I wanted to keep the product. I replied no why would I as it was probably a used refurbished item in lieu of new as it should have been and only has access to 2.76gb. I was transferred to the owner and he didn't seem to interested and sent me back to the original individual who could not help me in the first place. This product was purchased through Walmart and I proceeded to contact them by phone. Since I ordered the Kindle and a protective cover they were confused and said they would contact the company who sent the cover and I told them that would be incorrect but the Walmart rep said they would get back to me and never did. I started to email both companies with the particulars. When I called by NJAcessory the owner asked me what all the Hoopla was about because I sent a detailed email. Granted it was very detailed and probably he was not to interested to carefully read and understand. He was annoyed with me and said I should give them more time and I was paranoid. He thought I was paranoid and said did I think he was CIA or something. I thought that was funny actually but not very professional. He then got professional and assured me if I sent it back it would be taken care of. He sent me an email with a label and I sent it back that same day. I sent the product back and a few days later called to confirm they received it and they did. Again the owner said he had someone working on it and he would make sure if they had another unit he would check to make sure it was good and send it to me. That was over a week ago so I guess he was brushing me. Since then I placed a dispute on my credit card and they will be taking care of it from here out. So there you have it the reason for 1 star. Additional comment dated 10/28/2020: I just received my new Kindle and it is the real mcCoy with 7" screen and 32GB. So now I don't know what I received from NJAccesory other than a scam sending crap under false pretenses. BEWARE condumer.

This was the only site that did not give mr the run around. I wanted an RF 70-200 2.8. 5 minutes to order with a US warranty and prompt delivery. No BS was refreshing.

I was a bit on the nervous side at first, but everything went pretty accordingly. Custumer service was great, before I found this place, I called a few other place that couldn’t deliver on the product because they were out of stock which mean that their website was not updated. NJAccessory delivered on time and I’m satisfied. Thanks

The customer service I received is simply impeccable. I met with Max personally
and he delivered not just deliver in price, but in stock availability as well as customer service. I went went through a few people online that were nothing more than scammers. This is my second large purchase and I will do it again. When this business says they have a product, they deliver and with the best price. They are also well versed in technology. This store has all the merchandise that the big name tech and electronics stores, don’t have. Why waste time? Just give Max and his team a call.
