Having this information about the origin of my tea makes me enjoy it even more! I recommend it to anyone who desires excellent teas cultivated with environmental preservation in mind. Outstanding teas and customer service!
I am very satisfied with the quality of Nio Teas and their service. Super customer focused, which seems such a rare thing these days.
And most important of all, I have not found teas of this quality caliber elsewhere when it comes to premium organic Japanese loose-leaf teas and Matchas.
I wholeheartedly recommend their products and I am glad to be their customer.

Came for the teas, staying for the service (and more great teas). I'm new to matcha, and coming from drinking mostly Chinese/Taiwanese oolongs I was looking for quality teas that are not only organic but also taste great and have complexity. So far I have tried 3 varieties and all are delicious in one way or another, cannot wait to try more. Definitely not your regular organic matcha that you buy at a store (pale and seaweedy).

On the other note, the customer service is amazing as well. They have been so helpful and replyed promptly, you don't get to experience this kind of quality of service very often these days.

Great website and sales. I’ve made a few orders with them and am impressed with the quality of the tea and the speediness of the shipping. I’m writing this review because my last order with them, they had ran out of the tea I ordered. They let me know I could pick a tea to make up for what was out of stock. Very quick response and very professional. Agnese was the rep that helped me, they have a crack squad over there. Will be ordering again soon.

I'm a big fan of Japanese teas and Nio Teas never disappointed me! They have a high quality selection of sencha, matcha, gyokuro I would recommand to anybody who wants to enjoy or discover great Japanese teas. I especially loved the Kamairicha I tried last time I ordered. Honestly, this brand is really worth it!
