It's not easy to find a product which protects ankles which are vulnerable to ulceration. This padded sock works quite well, although it is a bit tricky to put on without causing pain. It took a while to come from the USA!

I hardly leave reviews but in this I feel like I had to .One of the worst service ever I experienced.i placed an order on 9th July and today is already August 23rd but they haven’t still shipped my order yet instead sending bunch of emails offering the online vouchers and still not sending my order when I’ve asked’em to cancel my order and do the refund mutiple timesss!!! Nobody wants the products when it’s already taking 2 months and they don’t even care how long it is taking still doesn’t want to do the REFUND. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

Two Months and I still do not have my order
According to them, their was a courier issue.
I received a mail to say they will investigate and it will take another 7 days just for this

Order number IT-NL#P902717112, you sold me 8 BREVI brush, brand written in capital letters in your site, that’s not BREVI, but another brand. And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

Clear communication and prompt delivery

Most untrustworthy I paid for vitamins on 26th it’s three weeks now they haven’t sent anything on enquiring they are making excuses and delaying I was promised this would be resolved in 24hrs however after 4 days they are still not responding completely scammers and liars do-not trust these people unless you want to throw your money in waste

I like the scales but didn’t realise (my fault) that they display lbs, not stones and lbs (plug kg of course). I can work it out but it would be more convenient if I didn’t have to. The product itself is fine.

Products, price, and delivery are very good.

It was my first time though. It was secured, safe just that it took little longer to get here. Maybe next time, you guys be faster with the delivery. It has nothing to do with delivery options. All said, I have my goods and am happy with your service

I ordered a pair of Ugg insoles that were unavailable at the official Ugg store and all other UK retailers. NineLife came up on a Google search as the only retailer in the world that had the item in stock in the size I needed. I was a bit worried as I'd never shopped with or even heard of NineLife before, but in the end I'm very glad I ordered from them. The correct product arrived exactly as promised and I'm thrilled with it. The price and delivery charge were very reasonable too. I was regularly updated via email on the progress of the order. I believe the item was sent from the US, but there was no additional VAT or customs duties to pay, so delivery was easy. I would definitely use NineLife again.

Swift service, excellent product

Liquid coffee is excellent,the taste and after taste are exceptional.
We find them better than coffee pods.

Easier to use,one only needs a kettle/boiling water.

Have been using these for several years now,so can highly recommend.

Delivery took a little while because I didn't realise it was coming from the US but there was no duty to pay so that was okay.
My purchase arrived in perfect condition and is a lovely product.
