I received a mail to say they will investigate and it will take another 7 days just for this

Order number IT-NL#P902717112, you sold me 8 BREVI brush, brand written in capital letters in your site, that’s not BREVI, but another brand. And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

Clear communication and prompt delivery

Most untrustworthy I paid for vitamins on 26th it’s three weeks now they haven’t sent anything on enquiring they are making excuses and delaying I was promised this would be resolved in 24hrs however after 4 days they are still not responding completely scammers and liars do-not trust these people unless you want to throw your money in waste

I like the scales but didn’t realise (my fault) that they display lbs, not stones and lbs (plug kg of course). I can work it out but it would be more convenient if I didn’t have to. The product itself is fine.

Products, price, and delivery are very good.

It was my first time though. It was secured, safe just that it took little longer to get here. Maybe next time, you guys be faster with the delivery. It has nothing to do with delivery options. All said, I have my goods and am happy with your service

I ordered a pair of Ugg insoles that were unavailable at the official Ugg store and all other UK retailers. NineLife came up on a Google search as the only retailer in the world that had the item in stock in the size I needed. I was a bit worried as I'd never shopped with or even heard of NineLife before, but in the end I'm very glad I ordered from them. The correct product arrived exactly as promised and I'm thrilled with it. The price and delivery charge were very reasonable too. I was regularly updated via email on the progress of the order. I believe the item was sent from the US, but there was no additional VAT or customs duties to pay, so delivery was easy. I would definitely use NineLife again.

Swift service, excellent product

Liquid coffee is excellent,the taste and after taste are exceptional.
We find them better than coffee pods.

Easier to use,one only needs a kettle/boiling water.

Have been using these for several years now,so can highly recommend.

Delivery took a little while because I didn't realise it was coming from the US but there was no duty to pay so that was okay.
My purchase arrived in perfect condition and is a lovely product.

When ordering my item I was well informed on progress of the item even though it was coming from America

customer service was good but because product is imported from USA to UK it made it really expensive

I’ve had a weeks-long “adventure” with NineLife. Their systems are so out of date and disorganised. They say they have 24-chat — that’s a lie. 24-hour calls — that’s a lie. They say they respond to emails in a few hours — that’s a lie. Nothing is tracked. They say you’ll get an email in 24 hours, days later no email. They’ve literally stolen my money and will not give it back. I have cancelled an order 4 times and have not yet gotten confirmation, or a refund. I canceled because the order kept getting delayed because they’re so disorganised. Every person says I will get an email in 24 hours but it hasn’t happened yet. I’m not receiving my product or refund which is full theft. How is this legal? Do not shop here. I genuinely think it’s a scam.

I will say the workers are all very polite and nice however it seems like they are dealing with a very shit system.

Do not buy anything from here honestly they will steal your money. I lost £70.
