Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste. This came on time, great service. Would recommend.

The only negative about this company is…

The only negative about this company is that it is the US. That makes it a problem due to the changes insitituted by the new government that causes a lengthy delivery time as well as shipping costs. Similar to China, another place I think long and hard about ordering from.

Went to purchase a pelvic support belt…

Went to purchase a pelvic support belt for 107 pounds and they want 7 pounds postage on top.
Jog on that's a rip off it should be free for pain relief products at over 100 pounds. Definitely not British company it's probably China so no thanks and I'm glad I checked trustpilot first.

Not a trustworthy vompany

They sent me 5mg capsules of cycloastragenol...I ordered 6 bottles at a cost of £1,200 for 25 mg capsules.they refused compensation as 14 days from delivery had passed..I have lost a lot of money... DON'T buy from this company..

What I ordered is what I got

I contacted the company via email and they assured me I would receive the correct order. Since I had previously lost money returning wrong items from other vendors, I was very satisfied when my order arrived correctly.

Worst company to ever purchase items…

Worst company to ever purchase items for. I purchased some tea which were extremely expensive but I was in the UK for a short time and decided to buy a few. I was told my order would an arrive between 17th and 20th of March. It didn’t arrive and no communication was received in that regard. My tea arrived on the 27th luckily I was leaving the UK on 28th. Upon opening the package I saw only half of my order. I quickly contacted the company to let them know and find out why I had received a part of my purchase. I was told the other order was out of stock, again it didn’t say that on their website and I didn’t receive that information. I have been going back and forth with this company to refund the money of the part that wasn’t delivered. One Alex has just been telling me about vouchers and discounts code until the get the issue resolved. I have told him countless of times I don’t need a voucher, I need my money back. Also I have left the UK. Items haven’t been delivered I need a refund. I feel this is a very dodgy and can’t be trusted. Stay away from them. I’ve had to report the issue to my bank.

VERY POOR customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When purchasing the order started having loads or junk calls and emails and my card was blocked. Messaged into cancel the order and get absolutely nowhere they just keep cutting me off and won’t send a confirmation email. But just keep ending the messaging abruptly VERY POOR customer service! I can’t see me getting a refund - complete scam!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY’RE AWFUL YOU WON’T GET ANYWHERE!!!

Appalling service and misleading order tracking

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I placed an order on 17 February, which took 32 days to arrive—well beyond their stated 7-14 day timeline.

To make matters worse, their system falsely claimed the order was 'Complete' on 9 March, nearly two weeks before it actually arrived. This lack of transparency caused significant professional embarrassment as the item was for my manager.

Despite explaining this, their customer support continues to send automated, redundant questions like 'is there an issue?', showing a complete disregard for the customer's time and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this company if you value clear communication and honest delivery estimates. Truly incompetent.
