No communication with them and the case has taken way too long

They are awesome got a case for my S26 Ultra the camera cover was a bit crooked but they immediately sent me a free replacement case! Very happy.

Avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a “premium” case and screen protector for my Samsung S26 Ultra, and the screen protector almost cracked the moment I tried to apply it.

I emailed customer service three times and got no response whatsoever.

Total waste of MONEY and TIME

Wish I could give no stars and wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. Awful customer service. Ordered two items no update on delivery, when I chased I was told item 1 was out of stock and item 2 would be dispatched with a 10% discount if I agreed. I didn’t agree and said do not dispatch as item 2 is useless without item 1. Ow no response from customer services they’ve dispatched despite me asking not to, and not refunded me for item 1 or given the 10% deposit. I have constantly emailed and chatted with the robot. Now off to take up with credit card company. Awful awful service avoid at all costs

Fast shipping and great quality. I chose the "Nillkin shipping".

Placed an order under a week ago. Queried if my item had been shipped and was informed part of the order could no longer be dispatched as it was no longer being made. I requested a refund, this was received the following day. Twice I emailed, twice I got a response very quickly. The order couldn't be fulfilled but I was refunded immediately.

If I could give a minus I would and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this item. The customer service is beyond rubbish as is the product. I was convinced into buying the foldaway chargers as I was assured by the company that it would support a Garmin watch. The product I was sent doesn’t. Now customer service have told me that the element is out of stock so it was customer error even though it was in stock when I placed the order. So for a refund I have to pay to return it to China. Unacceptable. Steer clear of this company.

I had a very poor experience with this store. They are selling products that they don't actually have in stock. I paid for my order and had to wait 14 days just for it to be shipped.
To make it worse, they tried to compensate for this two-week delay and lack of professional communication with a miserable 10% refund. Don't bother sending it; a small discount doesn't fix the frustration of poor management and wasted time. I will not be buying from here again. Avoid if you expect timely shipping.

Their 3-5 day shipping took 2 weeks and i have been trying reach their support team for 2 weeks and i get no response and their quality isn't worth $50 Aud

This conpanys service is an absolute joke and that may even be an understatement.

After two weeks i received my case, yes it looked nice (for a week) but was poor quailty, noticble wear and tear within a week. From case snapped when taking it out of pocket, tried to orgainse i a replacement, 3 months later still waiting.

If you enjoy never speaking to actual humans and receiving automated emails instead of acutual support then good luck.

Dont waste your time or mental energy with this company or products.

Very disappointed as the product I ordered was stolen. The courier they got is not known and there is no way for you to contact them. We have a mailbox but they just left it above the mailbox roof where it was exposed to the passersby. Tried to email Nillkin but they never come back to me with this issue. This proves that their customer service is really bad. I'll boycott this brand from now on.

They do not allow return and refund, I am sending email for 1 month already. Do not trust this company, they want to keep your money at all costs.

Never again order from you.
1. It came in wrong address and I get friends high positions to find me.
It was like ghost.
2.the same product cost 7euro in temu.
3. I was in past customer from you 3 4 times but after that never again.
4. It's not armored 100% it's 80%.

I bought an I pad keyboard case. I initially liked the look of it but after putting my I pad in the case the volume buttons are permenantley pushed down. I emailed about the product defect and they assured me after a week of waiting that I would get a replacement. I agreed and after another week and a half I have heard nothing back. I wouldn’t risk buying the products, customer service seems non exsistance. I wish I knew this before I went ahead and bought from these guys

Terrible screen protector, within 1 month on my iPhone 17 pro cracked…

Overpriced glass screen protector. The packaging is designed to install trust but the product is just cheap, make like all the other cheap hlass screen protectors on amazon that come in packs of multiples. Slow delivery from china

The case is absolutely rubbish. It feels cheap and does not sit properly on my zFold7. Also their reviews of 5 star rating are all fake. They also don't upload your review if you give them a bad one. Their customer service is terrible. I told them about the issue and they blamed me for not "installing the case properly". Unbelievable.

Very good product (book case for Samsung S25 Ultra). Reliable purchase and delivery.

I placed an order on November 25th and am still waiting for it to arrive. The arrival date keeps getting pushed farther and farther. Customer service is no help. Be wary!
