I’d purchased my labels on 12-30-24 and just received my order today 1/18/25, about 3 weeks of waiting which is similar to shein. I received everything that I had ordered. At first, yeah I was skeptical AF because there was no confirmation # but the order # and tracking # had no info for awhile (1 1/2 week of no info). BUT I had faith. If this site is from china, then the processing system is similar to shein. It is a legit site, but communication sucks. If you are willing to wait for your purchased items because it is coming another country, okay cool. But don’t complain it’s taking forever because it is coming from another country. I said my peace and have a blessed day!

I ordered two D11-H printers. I received them after 32 days! When I wanted to add them to the application, I received the message that they cannot be used in my region (Europe), and to contact the seller. I contacted both the manufacturer who told me they are not authorized to intervene and to contact the seller as well. The seller informed me that he sent me region-locked products and that he would contact the manufacturer. 5 days have passed, the problem has not been solved and neither the seller nor the manufacturer are responding to emails. I now have two products that I can't use. Thanks Niimbot !!

The problem was resolved after a "reasonable" period of 12 days !!!

Exactly the same as Johns review below. I have sent them emails which I have had no answer to. Unacceptable customer service in this day and age. I have asked for a refund as this was intended to be a Christmas present. I will buy something similar from a more reliable company.

I placed my order 4 days ago order (order NB18698) on the UK website. Only when I had completed the transaction did it become clear that the product would ship from China. It is a Christmas present and so I am concerned that it will not arrive in time. I have sent 3 e-mails, using the "contact us", system and I have had no reply. I have read other reviews and I see that the common claim is that the company has not received the mails. Hopefully, the company will not hide behind this here. I see no way to cancel the order and there is no way of contacting Nimbot by telephone. I simply need to know whether my order will arrive by Christmas and if not I need to cancel and nobody is responding. I find this level of service completely unacceptable.

Imprimante est pas mal , mais le fait de devoir donner mon numéro de téléphone et de recevoir un code lorsque je suis pressé et que mon téléphone est pas avec moi , me frustre et m'emmerde , donc ici la thérapie me calme

The order took a very long time to be delivered.
Tried cancelling said it had already been dispatched. And I had to return to China !

Funktioniert Super, gefällt mir und meinem Mann. Labels kommen sehr schnell raus, und sind sehr scharf. Perfekt um Zuhause Sachen zu labeln, für ein Unternehmen ist es so naja.

Yodel seem incapable of allowing me to speak to a human when I call. NIIMBOT ignoring my emails and according to tracking its been stated in one place for several days!

I honestly didn’t think much about the printer , after receiving it and trying it out I was pleasantly surprised,
the app lets you store all your labels and file them separately, the labels are of great quality, very impressed 👌🇦🇺

They don’t answer emails and I haven’t received my order.

A very beautiful printer, looks expensive, prints brightly. But it often happens that it prints crookedly. Therefore, the already expensive stickers become even more expensive.

Hard to find anywhere else good price will use again.

Fantastic company, great product, friendly staff and the postage speed is pretty good too. Thanks guys 💖
