Your parks pass is just fantastic. Really encouraged us to see all the attractions on the plus pass and use the bus. All of the attractions are outstanding.

Suggestion: provide clearer parking directions

We never received e-tickets or email confirmation, and the tour boat company had no record of us in their system, we were informed that you are a third party company and were not affiliated with them, we were forced to re-purchase tickets through them direct. I reached out to my credit card company and they told me that they will reverse the charges on Monday and note you as a scam if I am unable to obtain a refund from your company. Thank you for nothing and a inconvenience in my vacation.

Fireworks on the boat was very cool and the views were amazing

A little disappointed as this website is charge almost DOUBLE of how much are actually tickets are. Don’t bother buying tickets online and instead pay 47$ per person in person and not $70. Payed $70 for a big group of people, if I had known I could have saved more than $200… the boat itself was very fast but still fun just super bummed about pricing.

Had an amazing experience, glad to have ponchos provided and was able to put them in the recycling bin afterwards.

The staff were friendly and informative. The ride itself was awesome! Only three tips to improve the experience and they all relate to the online booking site: (1) Inform ticket buyers to watch for the QR code in their email. It delayed our check-in process a lot not having it. (2) Let people know to expect to get very wet despite the ponchos and to wear appropriate clothing. (3) Let seniors and those with limited mobility to expect a long walk on inclined ramps before they get to the elevator. The elevator on the American side is at the top and I was expecting the same. It was very difficult for me to get down to the launch and then back up again. Thank you!!

We had a great experience, being so close to the falls was amazing. My kids loved it. The process was super easy from booking to getting on and off the boat. I loved the photo they took of the family (this was an additional cost to purchase but well worth it).

Perfect organisation of the trip, no long waiting, everzthing smoothlz organised

After successfully purchasing a ticket for the boat to the falls, I received a phone call saying that they are cancelling the trips for the rest of the day and demanded that I rebook for next day after refusing to offer a refund. The reason, he said, for the cancellation was for safety, as “the water levels are too high”. This was a lie as I could see the tour running for the rest of the day because I’m in the city looking at the single attraction the city has - the falls. It’s obvious that it was overbooked. Is this what a good faith transaction looks like? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised you are an American company after all.

10 minute water trip for a total of $70 plus tax....

The staff from one end to the other was excellent! We were a group of 8 (5 kids between 9 and 13, two moms and a Nana. 😁) It was surprising the length of the winding walk down to the boat… think roads in Switzerland! But it was clean, sheltered from the rain and sun and it was a walk, not a wait. We were there in peak season but our morning booking had very little waiting involved. The boat was awesome for everyone (even for Nana that wanted to stay dry and sit). On the lower deck, you really do have a choice whether to get wet. Absolutely a bucket list experience!

Amazing place with so much activities that fit all ages. Downtown Niagara is such a beautiful place. The boat trip through the falls, the food, the crowds at night make this place beating!

We didn't benefit of the Niagara Falls Boat Tour: Waterfront Experience as was expected.
Nobody told us where to go when we scan the tickets. We couldn't find anyone at the meeting location. I therefore paid tickets more expensive without benefits.
Very deceipful.

Wait time to get in the ferry was over an hour. We bought our ticket online but still had to wait in the same line as people who just showed up. Why bother selling online tickets with a time slot if you're not going respect it.

Don’t buy from this website. They charge you extra!!! The tickets are about 40 dollars if you get from the official website, but this website charges 80 dollars for the tickets.

You charge 20 dollars more than the place charge of you buy it there.
That is a 40% more expensive than people paid for the same trip if they buy it in situ.
A complete rip off.
And also, of you want to be at the front,you also have to pay extra and get a golden rain coat...another outrageous way to get money from.yhe tourist...it wasn't like that.

We loved it all! Niagara takes flight was probably my favorite! Very emotional, breathtaking, beautiful experience! We purchased VIP passes. Great value! The only negative would be standing in line for 25minutes waiting to book appointments for event times. Should have at least 2 staff windows open at all times!
