As far as lead sources the best I have experienced All leads have problems. Do not expect perfect. They will work with you.

Lots of wrong numbers and disconnected. There should be a filter to stop that, then you don’t credit for that specific lead?

The leads are only qualified and in service 15-20% of the time. There are numbers that are completely out of service but the returns get rejected. The only people that seem to answer (MAYBE 1 out of 10 leads that I get) don't qualify and don't match the health filters. I don't even see how it's legal to only return 10-15% of leads that are blatantly bad or not in service. Also, I'd say half the individuals I speak to are getting blown up with calls... making those leads, in fact, NOT exclusive. For $30/lead on tier 1, I can go to another lead system and pay literally half for the exact same lead. I figured only bidding on tier 1 would give a better contact, but the leads are just as garbage at the tier 3. I've taken 2 separate webinars with nextgen hoping to learn how to better setup my campaigns and even after doing it exactly as you suggest, I still get contact on maybe 1 out of 10 leads that I get... that's 1/10 I even get to say hey to. So far, definitely hasn't been work the investments.

NextGen offers solid leads - there aren't as many as other companies,but they are good hot leads when they are transferred! Derek our account manager is the best! He is always available and responds without fail!

Nextgen are by far among the best companies to work with in regards to disposition analysis and optimizations. I frequently find myself strategically partnering with them on new projects and they almost always work out as planned.
