Great service
Great service, but not crazy about the "bad lead" return policy. I understand there's no practical way for them to confirm every bad lead, but it's tough to swallow when you pay up for a high priced exclusive lead and get a bad number, or someone who wasn't even close to meeting the parameters you've set. Their Customer Service is good and responsive.

This is the last time I will try to buy leads from NextGen. 1. the leads are expensive 2. the leads are not good leads 3. the refunds on bad leads are only 12%. I have spent too much money on leads that were horrible.
Bad leads. Reps not screening calls
I’m getting live transfer leads from people that don’t qualify to enroll in either Med Supps or Medicare Advantage because they either don’t qualify because of the enrollment date or because they just have have questions they don’t really want to enroll.
The reps answering the phone should be able to explain the callers what Med Supps are and what Medicare Advantage is before they transfer a call and if they are under the open enrollment period or if they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
Tech & support are great. Lead quality is terrible.

1 star for overall lead quality. The leads are pretty crappy, you'll likely have better results just calling people out of the phonebook, seriously. Wasted time, energy and money.
It's hard enough being a life agent. This review is in support of my fellow agents who don't want to waste time and money. I can not recommend this service.
