I signed up for exclusive life…
I signed up for exclusive life insurance leads and the cost was very good. In 4 weeks time, all of a sudden the leads stopped and no one informed me that it was because prices had gone up. When I call to talk to my rep, she was moved to another dept and I was given the "sorry not sorry" speech about the price increase. Plus, I was also told that your company would no longer be putting any more effort into the life insurance space but I keep getting emails telling me to come back. It's beyond confusing and quite honestly a waste of my time and money.

The quality of leads for what is promised is not correct
A Waste of Money
The "leads" that I have received have all had inaccurate phone numbers with one exception. Some of the addresses where nonexistent. I was able to get in touch with one of the "leads" only to find they were told that they would be mailed something. They already had a representative that was taking care of them. They also didn't fit the criteria in which I outlined.
Some others might have a better experience, but once my initial investment of $200 has run out, I will not be reinvesting again in this lead source.
When compared to the other lead vendors…
When compared to the other lead vendors we utilize today we found that the majority of the Medicare Nextgen leads we received were of poor quality:
• 60% of the transfers we received are from callers who say they had no idea why they were sent to our call center and would abruptly disconnect the call
• 20% of callers said they completed a survey and did not request any information on Medicare
• 10% of transfers were looking to contact their existing carrier so the call was a misroute
• 8% of transferred callers do not have Part A and/or Part B
• 2% of the callers have Medicare and are actually are aware of why they were transferred to our agents.
I have had on and off again success…
I have had on and off again success with the leads. Most of the time, the people that go to this site are also going to numerous sites and have begun to get bombarded with calls. The filters are a big help to get qualified leads and for the most part they pick up. If I get a bad number or wrong number, the lead is reimbursed quickly. I like that the filters don't cost extra like most other sites. I will recommend Nextgen over other lead sites.

The people are very nice but the people they transfer to you 95% of the time haven’t filled out the form they send you. If the potential client really did not want a insurance quote they don’t give you this information. So now you paid for a service they didn’t want and you won’t get a credit.

Leads have been super slow, unless I want to go out hours away from my office. The couple leads I’ve gotten have been horrible, no reaches, no appointments .

Too many bad numbers and email. people who opt in should have a verified email and numbers especially the fact we only get one refund out of 10 purchase.
There is no validation to the leads
There is no validation to the leads. I got one the other day that had Arizona as the city. You should at least be able to validate a legitimate address.
Mixed results
Mixed results. Many of the leads have false information or the people say they didn't want any information.
Have closed a sale and have 2 pending out of my first group of approximately 30 leads so I would say that is good enough for me to keep using.

I have spent money in NEXTGEN and still have yet to close something. Granted I haven't used next gin very much so I do intend on continuing to do so but as of now I haven't seen any results from it

paying for "exclusive" leads that are already marked as dnc in our system, since they have been sold to my agency a few months prior. Calling "exclusive" leads that complain about bombardment, so how exclusive are they? This isn't one or two leads, this is a problem with most if not all of the leads purchased lately. A few years back, exclusive meant exclusive, but not anymore. Prices are up, productivity is down.

Problem is I cant compete with the large Bidding price my colleagues are using in Florida. I get all the leads nobody wants....bidding $30 for an exclusive lead is difficult and $25 for a shared lead just will not work as well.
