Exceptional Service!
I ordered two pairs of glasses with to be honest more than a little trepidation fearing that at best it would be just OK, however, within 24hrs the glasses were in my possession and exceeding my expectations. Exceptional service and super value for money. All in all probably my most successful net based purchase - thanks to those involved.

Quick delivery and a fair price
Excellent service, managed to break my glasses after a couple of glasses of Christmas juice. Meaning I needed a new pair very quickly as I was going away a few days after. Delivery was within 48hrs and considering it was Christmas time and Royal Mail were on strike I thought was exceptional.

Lifesaver!
i was absolute desperate for some glasses after i left mine and needed to drive ! Great price for the glasses, great communication with them when i was worried about a next day delivery for a Sunday delivery. Glasses arrived by 2pm on the Sunday from DHL so very happy!

Thank you for your feedback. The prescription you have provided us with your order was incorrect as it was missing the axis and the incorrect symbols were used ie + or -. This however was picked up by our team and we contacted you prior to producing your glasses to verify and get the correct prescription. We can confirm that the glasses were then made up to the rectified prescription which you have then provided. Nevertheless, no attempts have been made from your side to contact us to try and work out where the issue could have been in order to allow us to resolve this issue prior to giving this feedback. An optometrist will contact you shortly to discuss this with you, with a view to resolve.

Paid for next day delivery on some prescription sunglasses as I got an eye infection a few days before I was due to go on holiday. Glasses came on time, so happy this option was available to me

This is the 1st time I have bought glasses online and I was very impressed with service. The online chat was immediate response and answered my questions while I ordered. The next day delivery came within the hour slot which was emailed to me prior to arrival. I was particularly impressed with the guy who called me the day I ordered. He asked if I was aware that I had ordered one pair of small frames and one pair of extra large. He then amended my order as I hadn't realised. Thank you Next Day Spex. Would recommend and I got 2 pairs for less than £100. Thumbs up from me!

Amazing quality and the best service ever!
I ordered a prescription pair for my son who is at Uni in the US. The frames and lens were £59 and I paid £5 and got an extra pair included. My son was desperate as he had broke his own glasses but they arrived the next day by 12 o clock as promised. I shipped them to my son by Fed Ex to arrive quicker that the pair he ordered in the US three weeks ago (that never arrived)! The quality was exactly the same as the designer frames he broke without the logo. Absolutely faultless service and quality product.

Excellent service. Delivered a lovely pair of frames in under 24hrs! Quite astonishing! Their website is really easy to use and it also gives you live AR video of you wearing their products. It makes trying before buying easy. Their customer service was brilliant and helped with a few questions I had. Very impressive business concept!
