Wow!!!! 24 hours later and they were there! Very impressed

As described, excellent next day service. On ordering a pair I realised that (due to being colour blind) they were in fact pink - not what I wanted - and despite having already produced them in less than an hour, they kindly changed them and refunded me for the first pair. Couldn't recommend enough and very happy with the service.

Delivery was great, very fast however the prescription was too weak.

Such an amazing company. I ordered some prescription sunglasses via Specsavers around 3 weeks before I was due to travel and they text me 2 days before saying they wouldn’t be ready. I quickly found this company online and ordered. I was so amazed, they were dispatched within a few hours of me ordering and arrived the next day. They’re amazing quality, just what I wanted and arrived in time. Will definitely be using them again, thanks so much!!

This was the only online service I could find that would provide eye glasses with a stronger prescription. I found the whole process straightforward, easy and pain free, and have been recommending Next Day Spex to colleagues and friends. Will definitely use again!

I was going on holiday on Friday and Wednesday evening as I left the gym I was cleaning my glasses and the frame snapped 🤦🏼‍♂️.
Quick check online as I knew my options wouldn’t be able to help in time and I found next day Spex.
Found a pair I liked,put my details in at 8pm at night and my glasses arrived 1pm the next day.
Brilliant service

I needed a new pair of glasses in a pinch and after trying Spec Savers and Ace & Tate who both said they needed a minimum of 7 days to get my type of lenses (4.5, 3), went to Next Day Spex.

I spoke to Yorgo, who was patience and clear in explaining what I would likely need and the process. I ordered after the 2pm next day delivery cut off, and Yorgo got it over the line. Glasses arrived next day and I have no complaints at all about their quality.

Ordered Sunday lunchtime and received Monday lunchtime. Very pleasantly surprised that they kept their promise to deliver next day, many companies fail on this.

Really responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. Received glasses very quickly and an issue was dealt with very promptly and well.

I realised on a Saturday lunchtime, going on holiday early the Tuesday that I'd completely forgotten to get prescription sunglasses. After Googling any possible options, I found Next Day Spex and took a punt, hoping I would recieve a pair I could wear a pair on holiday. The actual frames were £49 and the total order came to £95 after paying for tinted sunglass lenses, a slight thinning and next day delivery (£14 for weekend orders).

20 mins after ordering, I received a phone call checking what colour lenses I wanted and soon after I recieved an email stating the product had been made and will be dispatched soon. I did have to contact the company to check the delivery via What's app and the member of staff was very helpful and answered my questions. The next day (Sunday), I received the sunglasses and they were a lifesaver on holiday and I'll continue using them.

Overall, a great experience and although I assume perhaps the quality may not be quite as good as companys who take 10 days to make and deliver a product, they were just what I was after so I think they're a fantastic company - what it says on the tin!

The site was easy to use helpful I did pay for quicker delivery but they were made and delivered within 24 hours.
The actual glasses and the prescription were perfect my daughter could see again and she has said they are better than the ones she had before which were from an opticians.

Delivered on time as advertised.
Initial value of prices are misleading since they don't include lenses or postage.

Dog ate glasses. Did a web search. Tried next day spex. They did everything I needed at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service
