I dont normally leave reviews but this company deserves all the praise!

I placed an order at 1:56pm yesterday (1st september) I got an email from next day spex at 4:54pm the same day to say my glasses had been dispatched and they arrived this morning at 9:03am

Glasses are brilliant, nice little box they come in and the quirky case and high quality cloth was an added bonus!

It was such a relief getting glasses so quick as I had been without them for 5 days making every day tasks extremely difficult. Another company had messed me around and I grew tired of waiting so gave next day spex a try and I'm so glad I did.

Thank u next day spex for actually doing what u say u do, its very rare to find a company that delivers on their promises. This is my go to glasses company from now on, I couldn't recommend u enough!

Fab service less than 24hrs for a complex prescription thank you so much.

I wanted some prescription sunglasses for my holiday the following week. I tried all the major opticians and other online sites too. Next Day Spex was the only site that could do my prescription in a short turn around time.

I purchased Raybans and these were similarly priced (perhaps a little cheaper) than the main opticians. I received an email to clarify a few things with my prescription and when I thought I had mixed up my glasses and contact lens prescription, they were patient and helpful.

Delivery was organised for the next day but they kindly rearranged this to the following day as I wouldn’t be at home.

Great glasses, good quality, amazing price, delivered on time. What more do you want? Only slight glitch was that the ordering pages were still saying "can be delivered today" at 3:30pm but the actual cut-off for next day is 2pm, which is reasonable, just not crystal clear. But they arrived when we needed which is what counts.

The service was fantastic, my glasses had broke the day before travelling abroad. Yorga assured me I would have them by 1pm the next day. They arrived by 10:30AM the following morning. Vision clear as a bell. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Absolutely amazing service. Sales agent WhatsApp me to double check my order as frame was much smaller than last order. They walked me through taking some pics to check frame against my face. I did continue with same frames in the end but the level of commitment to make sure they would be right was second to none. Thank you so much.

Service has been great. I was disappointed with the level of thinning of the lenses. I have a high prescription so I opted for the highest level of thinning. On receipt the lens was very thick. I have had to pay an extra £40 to get another set of lenses which are thinner (on top of the lens package I have already paid for) and need to return the glasses to have them changed

I'm not one to write reviews but the service I received was so amazing that I had to. I lost my glasses and needed replacements ASAP as I use them for driving. I completed my order online and 10 minutes later received a phone call just to confirm my prescription. I also paid for express weekend delivery and it wasn't until I placed my order that I realised they would only be delivered next day if ordered before 2pm. As I ordered after 4pm I realised I wouldn't receive my order for a few days which was my fault entirely. However, at 9.30am the next morning my glasses were delivered!

Have no ides as we paid for next day delivery on Wednesday for Thursday but told Friday as its after 2pm fair enough. Its sunday night and we are still waiting. Been told i cant have a refund on delivery because it's a third party. Which is ridiculous as you are called next dau specs so you should take delivery into your own hands plus i paid you to delivery my glasses so you should give me the refund
