I put an order with them on a Saturday…
I put an order with them on a Saturday so would expect them to send it out on Monday to get it on Tuesday, but no.
So sent them a email as they do not get back to you if you try calling them to be told it will be with me at the end of the week. So I sent them a email asking when I will get it told Wednesday next week so then I said if you can not get it to me buy Friday then cancel my order. They then came back to say they have cancelled my order I the asked them if they have issued a refund to which the said they have. But now a week later still no refund. So I now have to go to my card provider to get it from them. Would not use them ever again. I would rather pay more and get good service.
Update 12days and still no refund
Had to got to the credit card company to get a refund. Got it but now they are saying that this review is unfair. What a joke. Do not use them

We’re sorry that the original delivery timescale could not be achieved, but we feel it is important to provide some context to this review.
The order was placed on a Saturday, outside our normal working and dispatch hours. When the customer subsequently contacted us, our team responded with updated delivery information and continued to communicate regarding the order. When the revised timescale was not suitable, the customer requested cancellation and this was accepted.
We acknowledge that the subsequent refund took longer to conclude than either party would have wanted. The transaction was ultimately resolved through the card provider.
We would also clarify that using Trustpilot’s process to request information or verification regarding a review is not an attempt to prevent a customer leaving negative feedback. Businesses are entitled to use Trustpilot’s procedures where clarification or verification of an experience is required.
We accept that the delivery did not meet the customer’s expectations, but we do not believe it is fair to suggest that there was no service or communication when our team responded, provided revised delivery information and accepted the cancellation request.
This transaction dates from early 2024 and our processes have continued to develop since then, but we believe it is important that prospective customers reading historical feedback can see the circumstances from both sides.

Do Not Order from this company and please read some of the recent reviews. We have ordered a camera which arrived. Given the state of the packaging it is not new. An email request for a return and refund has been completely ignored.

They should change their name from "Next Day Camera" to "Wait ages for a camera with no tracking number and then get refunded three weeks later". Terrible service and completely messed up our filming schedule.

Unfortunately, not every delivery proceeds as planned and on this occasion we were unable to successfully fulfil the order within the required timeframe. The transaction was subsequently cancelled and the customer received a full refund.
While we recognise that this was a disappointing experience, the order was ultimately brought to a conclusion and the customer’s funds were returned.

I ordered a lens and am seriously…
I ordered a lens and am seriously disappointed with the service. I am beginning to question the integrity of this company. The phone has an answering service and directs you to an e-mail address. I e-mailed the sales address and received a reply saying that my lens had been shipped but after waiting in all day on the suggested arrival date, the lens did not arrive. After reading some of the reviews I am beginning to question whether I have been scammed.
The "Nextday" nomenclature, at the very least is deceptive and highly questionable!

We would, however, like to strongly reassure prospective customers that NextDayCamera is a legitimate UK business and reject any suggestion that this customer was being “scammed.”
As the review itself confirms, our team responded to the customer’s enquiry and provided an update regarding the shipment. Unfortunately, the lens did not arrive on the expected delivery date, which understandably caused concern.
The “NextDayCamera” name reflects the fast delivery service we aim to provide, but occasionally courier, stock allocation or processing issues can result in an order taking longer than anticipated. We regret when this happens and recognise the importance of keeping customers properly informed.

Ordered camera on new year's day
Ordered camera on new year's day. Next day was a Bank Holiday & floods were disrupting a lot of UK deliveries, so I was very pleased my camera arrived on the 5th of January. Before and after my purchase I made 3 or 4 enquiries to the Company and always had a very quick response. They were a pleasure to deal with; the camera was a good price and their service has been excellent. I will be happy to use them in the future.

I purchased a Canon R7+18-150mm lens on this website on October 27, for a total cost of 1,624 pounds. But they only sent me a backpack and I contacted them to ask for a refund but so far it's been three weeks and I still haven't received my refund.
The 24-hour reply email promised by the webpage is a complete scam. I've sent three emails in a row this week asking about the progress of the refund, but they haven't responded to a word. The phone number on their website is also never reachable. If this isn't fraud, then what?

I am very pleased with the very fast and trouble-free service I have received. So far I have had a camera body, three lenses and tele-converter. All have turned up next day, even the one I ordered with only a few seconds before the deadline! When a new requirement comes along, it is great to know the equipment for the job will be there next day.

Definitely not trust! The Last Reminder!

Please beware that they are definitely scammer, unless they solve my issue. I will follow up this problem. I am fully responsible for my comment if there is anything wrong.

Very simple ordering process. Excellent kit at a very good price. Arrived very well packaged. Only knocked one star off as it took a week to arrive. Possibly delayed due to floods..... not sure.

Great service as advertised
Ordered a Nikon lens Friday morning and it was delivered at 2pm Saturday afternoon. Unbeatable price for a Nikon 200-500mm F mount lens. I used Paypal and the communication was excellent from NextDayCamera with confirmation email and delivery details. Saturday morning about 9am I received a text from the courier saying delivery would be between 1 and 2pm. Sure enough at 13:50 it arrived in original box and well packaged. It works great and I am super happy with it and the seller. A really good experience.

Great camera at a great price
Great company providing great value and next day delivery. I bought a Nikon P950 camera at the most competitive price I could find and it was delivered the next day. This is the first time I have used Next Day Camera and I will be using them again.
