Unfortunately the 2nd time using this company and it will be my last. I've copied an email which explains the reason why below. I also advise the company changes name to something other than 'NextDay', as they take your money on this promise and over a week later, still no delivery.. but much worse than this - they don't tell you! It's not hard to communicate with customers on stock delays.

This is an absolute joke. PLEASE REFUND BOTH OF MY ORDERS TODAY!

After already failing to deliver the initial order and also failing to inform me of the delay, I specifically asked you if you can guarantee delivery this week as I need it for a job early next week. And again, you let me have to chase your company again to get this information. Good customer service is not hard - it's about being transparent and honest and keeping customers up to date. I can understand a delay in stock, I cannot understand a lack of communication or common business sense.

Your company could have taken a few small steps not to lose me as a customer, it's not rocket science! Instead, my experience of NextDayCamera has been the most unreliable I have ever experienced from a photographic retailer and I will be leaving a bad review. But I am clearly wasting my typing time as you guys obviously don't care.

I will not be shopping with you again. Please confirm that I will receive both refunds today. I have already been waiting a week for the first one.

Spent thousands of pounds on camera equipment from NextDay Camera, also saved thousands of pounds always a lot cheaper than any other camera shop.
Anything you need to know about a purchase you're planning to buy, drop the team a email and get a reply very fast.
All the equipment I've purchased as alway as been delivered the next day give NextDay Camera a try you'll be very pleased, so will your bank account.

Great experience with NextDayCamera.. Prices are excellent; everything might appear too good to be true, but it really isn't. If you're looking for a shiny brand new lens for not much more than MPB money - give these guys a go! I bought 2 brand new Canon L series Zoom lenses and it was an absolute pleasure. 2 year warranty as standard, as the name suggests - a next day service with very helpful and interactive staff! Great job guys..

The shutter on my camera failed at 3pm on a Friday and I had no back up for 3 day shoot starting on the next day (Saturday). Cancelling models etc would have cost me £2000+ . Searched for next day (Saturday) delivery and came across only this company capable of doing this. On top of that they were also £160 cheaper than anyone else. Camera arrived Saturday at 11.30am giving me more than enough time to be ready for 1pm start. The company kept me informed of dispatch etc and I felt 100% confident they would not let me down. I will be returning for any other purchases as it's the best service and cheapest prices online. EXCEPTIONAL !!!

NextDay were recommended to me by a friend and they provided exemplary service. After a simple on-line ordering process, and at a very competitive price, my shipment arrived within 20h using standard delivery. I would thoroughly recommend them for your camera needs.

Excellent service. Notification of despatch received almost immediately and the goods arrived the next morning. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolute crap, wouldn't have given one star If icould have got away with it, 90 percent 5 star rating and that what you would expect from new or used that works fine, when something goes wrong don't expect anything but excuses.
I saw an add on line for a Tamron 16mm 300mm f3.5 to 6.3 DI 11 VC PZD lens being unsure as I never had a Tamron before, i emailed the branch and asked if the lens was an FX lens and was it suitable for a Nikon D810 I had a reply saying yes.
I purchased the lens and so much for next day delivery 3 days.
When the lens arrived within minutes I found out it wasn't a FX lens, I emailed the branch saying I was returning it for a refund . It cost £12.00 for inc+ PP.
Three days later I received an email confirming the return in perfect condition.
I waited 14 days and no refund I sent another email ref the refund and was told they would look into it.
Meanwhile they offered me another lens which I refused.
Around a week later I received an email saying that they couldn't make a refund as they had a problem with Sage payment system bad gateway and I would have to speak to my bank ref a Charge back to my debit card. ( Other option must have been available)
Other emails have been sent but no reply.
I contacted my bank and have now received a refund of £477.00 lon the 19/5/2023 ess the _£12.00 for PP as it was paid in cash.
Reviews are not all there cracked up to be, 5 stars my xxx when something goes wrong your on your own.

Very quick and easy to order, very pleased with the camera

Exemplary service and great value. I ordered a lens at 4PM and it arrived the following day in secure packaging, ensuring it remained in pristine condition.

Fantastic service. The website was easy to navigate and the order was delivered the next day as promised. The lens we ordered is perfect and as described. The description on the website made it easy to ensure we were buying the right one for our camera. Arrived well packaged.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Nextdaycamera. I ordered a Nikon P950 on April 27 and it arrived the following day. It's a lovely camera and I am happy to recommend this company as a good one to deal with.

I purchased a brand new Canon Lens, it was ordered on a Friday and the lens was received on Saturday morning. It was exceptionally well packed over and above the standard manufacturers box. Extremely good value for money.

Bought a very expensive Canon Eos camera plus other equipment.
Was given a 2 year warranty, thus extending the Canon 1 year warranty. This sounded great. Within the 2 year warranty period something went wrong. All they have offered is a series of futile emails and an instruction to take my camera to a local store for repair at my own expense.

The reply from NextDay to this review is misleading. They have no idea what is wrong with the Canon Eos, because they have refused to even let me send it to them/their repairer for review! Their techie sent a couple of emails to me suggesting I change the lens, and do a re-set, neither of which was ever going to help fix the issue. Then they 'decided' it's not a warranty issue (how?), and said 'you're on your own'. Their 2 year warranty is a joke. Don't be fooled.

I ordered on Thursday at 14:43 - according to their promise I should have had my order on Friday.
The order confirmation I received stated clearly - "next day delivery".
I heard nothing so I got in touch. I was told my order would be sent out 'early next week'. That is most definitely not 'next day delivery'.
Clearly I am not the only person who has been deceived by this 'promise' of next day delivery.

I feel I must update this review. On 21 April 2023, when I discovered that 'Nextdaycamera' would not deliver my order 'next day' as promised, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. After all, they promise a no quibble refund.
It is now 25 April and I have still received no notification of when I will receive my refund. I contacted them and was told simply that the refund has been requested.
They managed to take my payment in seconds, so why does it take days to issue a refund?

My recent experience with Nextdaycamera was excellent.
I placed an order on Friday for a Nikon Z 50 camera and ZTL lens adapter and as promised and true to their word my order arrived the next day.
Nextdaycamera service and price just cannot be beaten!

I recently purchased a Nikon Z5 camera from Nextday cameras as they offered a very reasonable price.
They dispatched the camera very quickly and responded very well to some questions I raised before placing my order. I was assured that the camera was not a grey important and when registered with Nikon UK there was no problem at all.

camera arrived next business day, as promised - and the P1000 camera + accessories are exactly what I was looking for to take with me on safari in Africa, very impressive.

Easy to deal with, substantially lower price for a D850 body than my usual suppliers, delivered quickly and as promised. The camera is fine, with latest model battery and appears to be a UK model, not grey import. They have focussed on cameras and lenses and I will certainly use them again for these.

Excellent company true to their word , ordered a lens for my camera and it was delivered next day !

Ordered a Canon camera at 2.00pm on the 14/11/22 item arrived next day. A very good service that made browsing and ordering a very pleasant experience.
