Ich habe die Nextbase 622GW Dashcam gekauft und viel Geld dafür bezahlt, aber leider lässt sich die Kamera überhaupt nicht mit der App verbinden. Dadurch ist das Gerät für mich praktisch nutzlos.

Wir haben wirklich alles ausprobiert – mehrfach neu installiert, verschiedene Smartphones getestet und sämtliche Anleitungen befolgt. Trotzdem lässt sich keine Verbindung herstellen.

Noch enttäuschender ist der Kundenservice: Seit Wochen versuche ich jemanden zu erreichen, aber es geht niemand ans Telefon. Stattdessen bekommt man nur automatische Antworten wie „Wir befinden uns in einer Produktschulung“.

Für ein Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist das absolut inakzeptabel.
Leider kann ich dieses Produkt daher nicht empfehlen.

Very disappointed and annoyed.
I ordered a 622GW with the rear camera.
But it was stopping the recording after a few minutes. The files were unreadable by the computer.
So after calling to have some help, I was asked to return it for refund, which I did. It cost me 22€ because Nextbase doesn't cover the shipping.
They received my return package 2 weeks ago (package tracking) and I have no news, nor refund whatsoever from Nextbase. I wrote them 5 days ago to have some news. No answer.
I wanted a european product, and it became a very bad experience.
I do not recommand that company.

The 800€ premium dash cam barely works (sometimes it "forgets" few hours of the day or have visual glitches) and the client support just does not answer.
This is on the limit of the scam really, product is OK (for this price I could have covered my car in cheap cameras)

EDIT : Company reached out to me, asked for my support ticket number and that's all. No news from the actual support

EDIT2 : I got camera remplacement but still did not work (useless iQ app, this is another topic...) so I got my refund accepted. Spanish laws require the trip back to be paid by company; I didn't yet sent the camera back but Nextbase deserves a better rate (better products would be nice for everyone though)

Bought Nextbase IQ 2K Dashcam a few weeks ago. Cost me £399 plus £55 fitting at Halfords. I also pay £9.99 a month subscription for videos. The app is useless at linking up with my home WiFi. It says I will be notified if someone approaches the front of my vehicle, it doesn’t. It says I will be notified if anyone tampers with my vehicle. It does not. In fact it only does anything when connected to my phone in the vehicle via Apple Play - it does absolutely nothing remotely. It is very hit and miss. I have emailed Nextbase twice but they have not replied. As a member of Which? Magazine I am amazed they have recommended this Dashcam and I would like to know why? My home WiFi is excellent and links to everything else, but not Nextbase. The most read sentence on the app is ‘No networks found.’ It is pathetic. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE…. Cancel the details above. Although Nextbase are slow at replying they are NOT AT FAULT as stated. The Dashcam has been wired in wrongly by Halfords. I took it back to them and they rectified the matter and now it works fine. Thank you to Connall at Nextbase.

Halterung / GPS Erfassung funktioniert nicht.
Trotz mehrfacher Beanstandung bekomme ich keine Rückmeldung vom Nextbase Kundenservice.

next base cameras are flat out terrible, easy to install, but then get hit with an instant paywall if you want to use it on your mobile device. But my main concern is that recently something happened where I needed the recording of me driving at the time, and the 15 seconds of video I needed were simply gone, there was a gap in time that wasn't recorded somehow. The only reason to have a dashcam is to be able to go back and watch the clips, and the fact I could not do that when it's the sole purpose of this device is absolutely insane. please buy anything else this will not help you when needed.

my discount code doesn't work well while ordering a 622GW PRO Bundle, i contacted NB support and they fixed the issue right away, so i finished my order well, now waiting for the parcel. Thanks NB Team

Camera zit er nog geen jaar in maar is al niet goed meer. Gaat steeds aan en uit en er is niets aan te doen.
