Really not happy, my dashcam has been installed 3 weeks and is faulty. I have contacted Nextbase and not had any response! It seems they will reply to negative review on here though

⚠️ BEWARE OF ORDERING DIRECTLY FROM NEXTBASE — THEY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT, BUT WHERE IS THE PRODUCT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I ordered a Click&Go PRO GPS Mount from Nextbase for €32.98 (Order #19754). Almost a month later, I have neither received my product nor been given a proper explanation of where it is or when I will receive my refund.

The problems started on 23 September 2026, when UPS claimed to have attempted delivery despite my husband being at home. The parcel was subsequently redirected to a collection point without our agreement.

I repeatedly chased the matter on 24, 27 and 29 September, and again on 5 October.

Both UPS and Nextbase had been explicitly informed that we would be away from 25 September until 1 October 2026.

Despite this, UPS marked the parcel as DELIVERED on 29 September, while we were away. Neither we nor our neighbours received it.

UPS directed me back to Nextbase, explaining that the sender needed to initiate the investigation.

What makes this experience particularly unacceptable is Nextbase's complete lack of meaningful customer service and communication.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, I have received no satisfactory explanation of what happened to my order, where my product is, what Nextbase has done to investigate the missing parcel, or when my money will be refunded.

Nextbase accepted my payment, but I have received absolutely nothing in return — neither the product nor a resolution.

I understand that delivery companies sometimes make mistakes. However, Nextbase is the company I purchased from, and it remains responsible for addressing my complaint rather than leaving me to chase its delivery provider.

A missing parcel is frustrating enough. Being repeatedly ignored by the retailer after paying for an order is considerably worse.

My advice to potential customers: think twice before ordering directly from Nextbase.

Based on my experience, the company is quick to accept payment but has been remarkably poor at communicating or resolving a missing order.

I am still waiting for my product or a full refund, together with a proper explanation.

One star — extremely disappointing customer service.

Ho una dashcam da diversi anni. NEXTBASE 622GW. Andata perfettamente fino all'ultimo aggiornamento del firmware. Da 12.6 al 13.3. Hanno tolto un sacco di opzioni e in più il salvataggio dei files su memory card avviene in modo errato. Non salva l'ora esatta, in cui è stato registrato il video. Non c'è più la possibilità di regolare la data e l'ora, perchè dicono viene presa dal satellite con il GPS. Non si può più regolare salvataggio dei Files .FL. Prima potevi disattivare il salvataggio sulla Memory, così non avevi un sacco di files sulla stessa. Adesso non puoi più farlo. Li memorizza. Ho contattato l'assistenza e mi hanno spiegato i motivi vari. e non si può tornare alla versione del firmware precedente, che era perfetto. Non acquisterei più nessun prodotto loro.

Nextbase hat einen ganz beschi... Support, schlecht zu erreichen, meist in Englisch, Rückruf auch in englischer Sprache. Ich erwarte die Produkte in deutscher Sprache beschrieben, Support Telefonate mit einem deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter zu führen. Weiterhin sind dashcam Sets auf der Homepage als lieferbar beschrieben, erst im Warenkorb steht dann ausverkauft, oder in Englischer Sprache eine Mitteilung.

Ancien client (2 commandes de Dash Cams 622GW avec caméra arrière),Je viens de commander le support auto collant, ces deux commandes ayant été faites à des dates différentes ayant changé de véhicule, je suis vraiment très satisfait de cette Dash Cam, excellentes images de jour comme de nuit , de plus je tiens à préciser que je ne suis absolument pas rémunéré pour cet avis positif.
Bravo à Next Base certainement la meilleure Dash Cam, actuellement

Super expérience livraison en24 h chrono du jamais vu

The dash cam is absolute awful .Wouldn’t recommend mine doesn’t record near accidents or accidents .It randomly turns off and beeps when on the motor way . Doesn’t record anything of relevance and isn’t even a year old .

Very easy to order and very good products

I initially bought a "standard" microSD card, but after a while, my NextBase 522GW kept prompting me for a microSD card. I ordered a genuine NextBase card, and since then, the camera has worked without interruption. Genuine NextBase cards work best!

Bought two iQ cameras for company use. Video quality was poor, live view kept failing, and you cannot manage multiple cameras on one account. Each camera needs its own subscription. I would not have bought the second one if that had been obvious.
They took back the recent order. The March camera is in great shape, but they will not accept the return because it is outside 30 days.
Be very clear before you buy: this is not a fleet product, and the return policy is rigid.

Coming back to the review, it looks like all of the other dash comes are worse.
