Ottimo prodotto. Il primo acquisto è stata la Dash 322gw. Dopo tre anni la batteria tampone ha finito il suo ciclo. Ho contattato l assistenza che mi ha proposto di inviarla in Polonia per la sua sostituzione. Il costo del corriere a spese mie si equiparava all acquisto di una nuova 322gw quindi non era conveniente ed ho optato per l acquisto di una 522gw. Purtroppo è molto difficile trovare queste batterie sul mercato europeo anche se avevo trovato in Inghilterra,ma non spediscono in Italia in quanto vengono fermate alla dogana. Peccato che fra gli accessori non forniate questo ricambio. Adesso con la 522 sono a posto per tre anni, presumendo che anche questa batteria abbia una durata simile alla precedente. Nel caso futuro che dovessi trovarmi in una situazione analoga, allargherò i miei orizzonti verso altre marche e magari restando in Italia con ad esempio Garmin. Per questo motivo vi ho dato tre stelle. Comunque il prodotto è ottimo. Grazie

If I could give a zero for poor customer support I would. Ordered a 322gw dash cam from Australia months ago. Still not dispatched and the bots cannot tell me when it will be dispatched. Trying to contact this company is virtually impossible, as they hide behind the useless nexy chat support. I already have one of their cameras in another car, and I like the product. But the level of customer support if something goes wrong is absolutely atrocious.

Very poor service. I paid for courier delivery, yet the parcel was sent via the postal service. It didn't arrive within the stated timeframe; furthermore, the tracking status says the parcel has no address and cannot be delivered. Disappointed.

Unfortunately bought a base dash cam front and back N22GW in a Curry’s shop.
Just over three years it became faulty,no pictures.The shop provides no after service,looked for a repair shop and again no one proves repairs because it is not worth there while.Contacted Base customer service,because it is over three years it is out of warranty,have no repair service.Would give 25 per cent off another base dash cam.
Once the dash cam is over three years you have NO comeback.

Lieferung dauerte etwas länger, aber noch ok.

The power cable fitting tool was not supplied with the box. I have the unit since February and the tool has not been provided despite multiple requests.

GW622 ist eine ganz ausgezeichnete DashCam, die mich voll und ganz überzeugt hat.

Ich habe Retoure angemeldet und es befindet sich immer noch im Überprüfung, ich weiß nicht mehr wie lange schon, 2, 3 Wochen...?🤔?

They promised delivery in 3 days. A month has now gone by and the item has not yet shipped. I've contacted customer service by phone. They told me they would fix the delay. Nothing changed. I've been on a chat with Nexy, the AI agent who asked for my address. I gave them the order number which has everything including my address. Very poor service and idiotic AI.

Dies ist meine erste Bestellung bei Nextbase, habe leider noch keine Erfahrungen gemacht.

visiting the site gives you a trustfull feeling. Purchasing the IQ 4k was easy. Also the helpdesk before the purchase was helpfull, did have a dashcam from Nextbase purchased it 6 years ago also that made me come back to Nextbase and by a new dashcam

Received my Nextbase SD card and the product quality is great and works perfectly with my dash cam. Delivery took longer than expected, the item itself is very high quality, I would buy from again and recommend 👌
