Lamentablemente te envían lo que quieren, yo creo que envían las cosas al azar, se ve que allí trabajan sin luz.

Absolutely disgusted with Next. I have two orders not delivered by Tipsa the courier they say they’re delivering & then when you track it says “incidencia” & they send the parcel back to the warehouse.
Iasked for a refund & was told it would be 28 days.This is totally unacceptable !!!

Llevo 4 años comprando de NEXT, pero si hace falta hacer una devolucion, cancelar un pedido, o cualquier problema que tengas, te digo esto: OLVIDA QUE TE VAN HA AYUDAR! Te contestan en el chat y te aseguran que todo esta claro y controlado, pero al final, no hacen nada.

Es una lastima porque tienen ropa de calidad para bebes y niños, pero te haces unos nervios....

Hace una semana hago una compra en NEXT y cuando quiero pagar me pone que el pago no se ha realizado por error. Miro en mi cuenta para ver si el pedido se ha registrado y no veo ninguno. Entonces digo: vale, intento pagar de nuevo entonces.

Intento pagar la segunda vez, esta vez me pone el mensaje de pago realizado correctamente, pero cuando miro en mi cuenta los pedidos sigo teniendo cero pedidos realizados.

Entonces miro mi cuenta bancaria y veo que hice la misma compra dos veces, aunque NEXT me ha puesto pago no realizado, aunque tengo cero pedidos reflejados en mi cuenta.

Rapido contacto con un agente por chat y le comento que necesito cancelar un pedido porque la pagina web no funciono bien y he pagado dos veces.

Ella me dice que no puede cancelar, y que tengo que contactar con ellos al dia siguente para comentarles de nuevo el tema y que el transportista tiene que salir con ambos paquetes y en el camino un paquete se retirara y yo recibire solo uno y el dinero se me devuelve.

Como nunca en mi vida no he vista tanto lio para cancelar un paquete, he contactado con ellos 4 veces para recordarles que no tengo que recibir 2 paquetes. Ellos siempre me han contestado: no te preocupes, recibirás solo uno porque asi esta marcado al transportista.

Hoy recibo 2 paquetes. Toda nerviosa contacto con ellos para comentarles. Ellos como siempre, muy amables, pero no te ayudan nada en realidad, me comentan que yo tengo que hacer un envió separado por mi cuenta a UK, lo pago yo, llamo yo al transportista y que no tengo que preocuparme porque recibire todo el dinero sin falta.

Como no me fio de nada ya, he decidido regalar la ropa a otro bebe y nunca mas comprar de NEXT.

Pongo una estrella porque no deja poner un 0, al servicio de envío de los pedidos! Me han estado dando largas 10 días y no han sido capaces de hacerme llegar el pedido a otra dirección cuando la entrega estaba fuera de plazo, aun cuando todos los días se me mentía diciendo que ya estaba arreglado.

El personal muy maleducado e irrespetuoso. Trabajé allí durante un tiempo y me trataron con mucho desprecio, me trataron como si fuese su perro hablándome de forma irrespetuosa , muy poco profesional y dandome todos los trabajos que las supervisoras no querían haber. En especial una mujer llamada trish que fue la que peor trato me dio, y después la jefa karen que nunca estaba presente pero me dejó un mal report. No recomiendo este establecimiento a nadie.

Used to be a good delivery service but they have changed to SEUR and I cannot get any information as to where my package is. Tried contacting Next 5 times and all I got was it will be there in one or 2 days. Tracking information does not work says no record of the item. Will not be ordering again. Thank s to Paypal I will get a refund

Hice un pedido el 14/06 y debía llegar el 22/06. En la página de seguimiento no había actualizaciones por lo que me puse en contacto con ellos desde el 20/06 y me dijeron que no me preocupara. Ayer cuando no lo recibo, vuelvo a llamar y me piden paciencia, no saben donde está mi pedido, no dan razón de nada, he hablado con 3 personas a quienes claramente les importa muy poco. En resumen, sigo sin tener ni información, ni paquete, ni el dinero.
Fue mi última compra en este lugar! Es de pena!

Sé que sorprenderá mi opinión en contraste con las anteriores pero hice un pedido de 4 cojines y llegaron perfectos y en una semana. Quizás lo que funciona mal es el servicio de devoluciones y la atención al cliente.

La guía de tallas que exponen no coincide para nada en cm, son mucho más grandes, por lo que luego tienes que hacer la devolución, que tienes que pagar el franqueo en correos. La atención al cliente mediante chat en la primera conexión que hice fue decepcionante se salio del chat sin contestar mis dudas. Sí tienes que devolver unas sandalias tienes que pagar 26€ en correos, por lo que te sale.mas.caro el collar que el perro. No obstante tengo que decir, que contacte con ellos en tres ocasiones mas y finalmente me han atendido muy bien, lo único hay que echarle paciencia, debido a que cada vez te atiende una persona diferente y necesita informacion que ya has proporcionado. La empresa Next me reconoce el error y acepta pagarme el franqueo de los 26€ + el importe de las sandalias que compré.
Agradecer la atención que me prestaron por chat a Shiran, Gaurav y a Arokiamary. Gracias a ellos y a tener paciencia finalmente la empresa Next a respondido a mi reclamación. No obstante no puedo darle más estrellas, porque le falta infraestructura para evitar que el cliente tenga que correr con los gastos de devolución. Si hacéis pedido respecto a las tallas, lo que te indique la guía de tallas, coger una talla menos.

Jamas llegue a recibir el articulo adquirido.
En los correos siempre me dicen que me van a realizar la dv. del importe pagado y jamas recibo ni un duro

I ordered 2 sets of 4 plates 4 side plates 4 bowls and 8 mugs, I received 1 box set of four places the next day another set of four and then an email everyday saying the mugs are on the way nothing and no explanation why and they won't even give me my money back, is this a true story Yes I'm a Magistrate and disgusted.

I ordered from Next.es and then find out they ship from UK. That made it take a long time and they sent the wrong size item. I refuse to pay to ship it back so it is just a waste of money. This should be illegal if says Spain company the returns should be Spain not pay to ship back to UK. Company should be shut down.

Absolutely the worst customer service!
I was sent a gift card from my sister. She was told it would be valid in Spain...if I used it on my Spanish account. When I tried I was told it was not possible to use it on next es. I called customer service and explained. I was then told "of course you can use it in any Next store madam" I reminded her that Spain has no Next stores. She then said she didn't know how to help me... I eventually had to use it on my next uk account and post to UK address then have it forwarded to me in Spain. Including the initial p&p charge, it then cost £12.54 to post from UK and when it arrived I had to pay and extra €9.80 for customs.
Next have now lost my custom.

Actually it's Zero stars as this company is still going backwards.
They cancel orders as it suits them and is the same as Next.co.uk.
They couldn't care less about their customers and after a further order being messed up I'm giving them up after many many years.
This review as the hundreds on Next.co.uk will receive no response which is hardly surprising the way their business model is run.

Creo que esta es mi primera mala review...Pedí dos pantalones de yoga, llegaron en otro modelo/color. Envié de vuelta los pantalones y me dijeron que los costes del envío corrían de su cuenta, al haber enviado 2 artículos incorrectos. Llevo más de 4 meses peleandome en inglés (NO HAY servicio de atención al cliente en español aunque tengan web en español) y no hacen más que decirme que espere de 5 a 10 dias para recibir mi reembolso. UNA VERGÜENZA. Ojito que son unos piratas.

Until recently I was very happy with the service and products from NEXT. My orders were for years delivered by DHL and usually within 2-3 days sometimes sooner. I could not stop recommending the page and its great services. Recently Next changed the delivery company and is using SEUR - the worst at the Spanish market. 2-3 days delivery times changed to 10-14 days. Seur is in no rush to deliver, their drivers lie to avoid delivery if they do not feel like coming to your area and the overall shopping experience changes to a very horrible one. It makes you rethink future purchases. Luckily, I get free transport with my orders as I spend above the required limit but if I was to pay for this services I would complain even more. I do realize that this low scoring review is due to the transportation company rather than the products they sell, but I want them to hear that they made a huge mistake going from DHL to SEUR and it may cost them customers. Please please NEXT, use a different transportation company in future.

Living in Tenerife I understand there maybe shipping issues however my experience is with actually leaving the warehouse. Having placed an order for over £300 I didn’t receive which I called and they lady was very helpful and said I’ve cancelled and refunded you the money and they would give me 25% of my next bill. I had to re order everything again which some items where out of stock but I also added to making the total above £500. I have now received an email to say everything has been returned from the second order. I am currently waiting for that refund so in total over £800 but I have to cross reference every item as done individually once cleared in my bank to make sure their incompetence is correct. My advice is to not order as you won’t receive goods, waste your time whilst also waiting for your money to be returned (it’s just not worth it). Although the customer service advisors are friendly and very apologetic it really doesn’t matter as problem not solved.

I'm sorry to give one star...I'm so disappointed in next.es...
All the time they were using DHL for delivery, no problem, but now not only have they changed the Web chat to Spanish but they changed the delivery company to a Asendia UK Ltd to SEUR!!!
which we all know that seur are a rubbish company!!! Cutting corners!!! Not a good idea next, you will loose alot of customers !!!!
Seur Web site are saying delivered...
But not to me...
And do you think you can get any answers!!!
