Was so easy to book through NexDo. We booked the night before and had it sorted the next day

Contractor showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, did the job well and left the site clean and tidy

Thankfully we got someone who was able to clean the house reasonably. The so called ‘professional cleaners’ cancelled on me without even letting me know. Not sure how they can be called professional as they didn’t care to inform the clients. I needed this urgent clean for inspection and Nexdo didn’t even try to put rectify the issue and just apologise which wasn’t going to help me. I had to keep on insisting for them to send someone else. At least they could have called to check if everything went well but I guess Nexdo doesn’t care either. Will think twice before using the services again as I don’t want to be stressed and surprised with there attitude and mentality.

I downloaded a weather app, listed as made by Nexdo. After asking my location, (NZ or Australia) it then popped up a box saying they did not deliver to my area. Cleaning services selection appeared. Still a bit stunned at how bad it was. Shortest time an app has lasted on my phone.

I am sorry to write this but I had such a bad experience others need to know.
My daughter in law booked this company on December 15th to do a deep clean when she moved out of my house..here are just a few of the problems I encountered when they left
1) The shower door was off the rollers and I had to refit them. The plug hole still had hair in the filter and the filter didn't look like it had been removed and cleaned. The door rollers and corners of the frame of the shower still have grime around them. The shower glass still has water stains.
2) The floor and architrave behind the pot plants in the bathroom hadn't been wiped.
3) The plug hole in the sink still has a black residue between the porcelain and the fitting and the plug hole hadn't been wiped out.
4) The vanity cupboards and the light switch plate in the bathroom still have white spots/smudges on them
I would like to hear their definition of a deep clean as was a very poor clean and nothing "deep" about it.
I made numerous phone calls and left msgs, only to be told each time someone would get back to me but they never did.
Finally got a response 3 weeks later and offered a small part refund based on the areas not cleaned.
6 weeks later the refund was received.
I don't think the company even deserves 1 star.

Your team came today to service our lawns. I had booked a lawn mow and weed eating service to be completed. I was incredibly disappointed when I arrived home to see the appalling job that had been done. The edges had not been done at all. The rest of the lawn has huge patches, and was cut so high it doesn't really even look like it has been mowed. I would like a refund on the weed eater component of our bill. I ultimately would like a complete refund but do appreciate that someone did travel here and at least spend a couple of minutes badly mowing our lawn. I will not be referring your service to any of my friends. I will not be booking with you again in the future. Please see attached photos after the job had been 'completed' today.

As in the below reviews, their service is HUGELY unprofessional, the booking was for 1030AM, it’s 12pm and they still haven’t shown up, Absolutely disappointing!
I’m now in line for a full refund for money which has been paid out of my account, I Actually wished I had read the reviews on these guys before I went and booked cause this is horrible!

Cleaners were great but didn’t once show up on time after the very initial clean. They would have been late on at least 3 occasions. The experience typically went like this:

We would be ready to let them into the house (and holding back our own plans in order to do so) only to wait for sometimes hours. We didn’t receive messages to say they would be late so we just waited until we contacted the company. We might then get a call from the cleaner to say they’re running late.

Today I gave up on the company when I waited and waited for the cleaners to arrive then contacted the company who said “sorry our cleaners are running late today and can be there at 4pm”. The appointment was scheduled for 8am.

I have no words to describe the ordeal I went through. The cleaner didn't turn up thrice while the Customer service representative kept on stalling by giving lame excuses. I finally lost my patience and asked for a refund. Only then they sent someone way past the appointment time. I had to move around my work schedule 4 times to accommodate for their unprofessional behavior. The customer service representative is not very prompt with his calls and emails either.
The cleaner arrived finally but I have no idea of the quality of the products he used. To clean the floor plain water and a dirty mop was used. They don't use any cleaning products. Hindsight I should have checked and asked or questioned him. I had to mop the floor again shortly after he left. The entire house was smelling foul and of sweat. No one could ever make out that a professional cleaner or so NexDo claims had cleaned my house. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these fraudsters.

Got my carpet cleaned what a waste of time and money. Guy arrived with a rug doctor I could of hired myself. Paying extra for 3 stains to be removed went from small dots on the carpet to now having 3 big round stains guy said they will dry out in a day or two that was December stains still there.now having to pay someone else to fix there mistakes. The cleaning and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced fast to take you're money not so much to respond back or even help in any way
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company, they're completely unprofessional and were a total no-show on me last week. A massive waste of time and money. If there was an option to give a zero star rating, then that's what they'd be getting.

Super difficult to even get hold of these people too, which is never a good sign at all.

Beware and go elsewhere!

Terrible experience, they rescheduled 3 times and each time did not provide advance notice of the change. We had to ring them each time to figure out why they had not arrived and they did not provide a proper explanation for not showing up other than that they had an emergency to attend to. This is was believable the first time but after the same reason the third time, it was clear that it was absolute rubbish. We had taken time off work to be there for the clean so was an absolute logistical mess when they did not turn up. When the deep clean finally happened, they did not complete all their tasks on the checklist. We were tired of dealing with them so did not lodge a complain. Please avoid this company and save yourself some money!

Waste of money and very disappointed.
Do not recommend this company. I wasted $745 and they didn't do most of the jobs they listed in the Move in/Move out intense cleaning. Their application is user-friendly and professional but that professionalism is not in their work.
I booked the service through the application at 8:00 am and I got an email from the customer service manager the day before the booking date that said that the booking time changed to 10:00 am. It was very disappointing as I have arranged the movers and other services as per this booking. But I had to agree with their change. Then the cleaners came 40 minutes late and were not even apologize for the late arrival. They came in a private car and didn't have any name tags or logos on their T-shirts.
The cleaners mentioned that they do only house cleaning and a carpet cleaner is a different person. I called customer service to check about the carpet cleaning and the agent said that they haven't got any carpet cleaners and would try to find one. I booked the service (including carpet cleaning) 2 weeks ago and paid the full amount the same day and I was very unhappy about their irresponsibility and the last minute changes.
They haven't even cleaned the ceiling lights, top of cupboards, edges and corners. I am very disappointed with the service and won't recommend Nexdo.

I booked a move out clean. And it is said it covers real estate agent check list. But the real estate report came out really bad and I had to redo it myself plus had to carpet clean again with another company.
There is no contacts anywhere apart from the customer service line, from which they kept silent following the complaint.
The reviews of the site are amazing, which are misleading.
All have had bad experience join me writing to fair go.

I have used this company a few times, but I have noticed that the last few cleaning sessions were not done properly. I sadly paid $152 for a deep clean this morning.

Firstly, my tiled floor wasn't properly vacuumed as there were still some crumbs lying around. Secondly, my kitchen counter wasn't wiped down properly because I found crumbs on them. Thirdly, the furniture is supposed to be moved if the cleaners can access the spaces underneath. It is easy since my light furniture slides on the tiled floor, and I don't have much furniture to begin with. Nothing, including my bedside tables which are light, was moved and the balls of dust are still there. Fourthly, a shelf in my kitchen wasn't wiped down like it normally is. Fifthly, the top part of my dustbin was not wiped down on the outside like it normally is. Lastly, my little mats in front of the doors were not vacuumed.

I hardly ever complain about service, but I paid $152 for a 30 minute job I do by myself a few times a week. I used Nexdo to come in every 1-2 months for a good clean and to clean places I don't get to when I do a surface clean.

I am yet to hear back from them as I requested a refund. The least they can do is charge me for a standard clean and not a deep clean.

This experience, and the 2-3 times before this experience, has been off putting. I can't believe I got charged $152 for a surface clean! I am also disappointed that the company now charges you an extra 15 if you make a once-off booking. I use a once off every 1-2 months. There are months I don't use them.

I agree with a few other reviews I have read. Don't waste your time or money on a company that charges a fortune, does a surface clean for only 30 minutes, sends one person doing the clean or two if you're lucky, and advertises falsely (many of the duties listed on their site are skipped).

I will not be using Nexdo again. If a customer representative happens to read this, please don't respond with a generic comment unless you are planning to get back to me with a refund or charging me for the actual service you provided, and not the one you advertised.
