The oven was extremely dirty with years of baked on grease etc. A lot of hard work was needed to even get it to, “this needs a clean” state. Followed by a thorough clean up of the work site. More than value for money.

I like that the company has a checklist of what is going to be done, although a couple of things were left of the list. I paid extra for an oven clean and the clean was so so. I would expect it to be spotless for $84. The cleaners threw away the reusable cloths they used which is not ideal. I think toilet paper was used to clean the toilet as there was lots of paper in the bowl. The cleaners’ found communicating in English hard which made talking to them challenging.

The cleaning specialist I had did an amazing job, he did some extra little things to make my whole family feel special (like putting soft toys on beds).

I had booked in a deep clean got my kitchen and the first team that came in did a very poor job. I raised the complaint with NexDo and they managed to arrange for a replacement team the same day to do a proper deep cleaning. The team did a fabulous job and made my kitchen look spotless as if it is newly built. Amazing service provided by Sumit and his team and great service provided by the account manager Lee.

The attention to detail was unexpected. Yasha was friendly and polite. He took his time to answer my questions as a first time user.

We had the Nexdo team complete a deep clean of our bathroom, kitchen, oven and laundry for our move in clean to our house. The clean was exceptional and everything looks perfect. We would 100% recommend the Nexdo team and will use them again. They are responsive and on time and it was excellent value for money

The website price listed for a gutter clean was different from the add to cart price. I emailed customer service and it bounced back. The chatbot online didnt respond. Hard to get hold of anyone so I did not make a booking.

They not even worth giving a zero rating. Its a pity I did not look at all the negative comments here before booking. The cleaner didn’t turn up and this Company has no support they don’t answer the phone contact provided not sure if they legit and how I can get my money back. Do use them they look like scammers. Very I’m professional.

Very bad experience with Nexdo … cleaning was pathetic . Please never book them for any service . they are big cheats . don’t waste your money .

The clean was not even half done with many areas not even touched by the cleaner. Horrible customer support system designed to brush you off. In the end offered a refund of $10 (less than 10%) which just added insult to injury.

Absolutely awful company.

We organised for a realestate standard clean with additional Carpet Cleaning (extra cost) totalling over $600. They skipped many items on the list, failed to vacuum the edges of the carpet, and claimed the carpets were cleaned (they clearly were not) and are now screwing us around for a refund of the services.

They claim the carpet was cleaned, but since we did not add any stain packages (extra cost), that’s why they look like they weren’t done. I would have thought any competent cleaner would have vacuumed around the edges of the carpet if they were going to claim they were cleaned.

Ended up spending hours cleaning ourselves and paying another $300 for carpet cleaning (same price, a far better job and they didn’t charge us extra for stains :) )

Terrible. Will not EVER use again.

Thought i'd try this service. Payment was taken. Cleaners never arrived. Followed up with NexDo but phone support was lacking and kept bouncing around. Used their online chat and finally got through. This seems like some poor middle man experience and I won't be using this again.
