Confirmed standard clean meant to start at 1pm, cleaner did not show up till 2.10pm (thats fine) came home at 430pm and cleaner has done less than half of the job, had his gear blocking the staircase and when contacted nexdo to ask if he can leave (we have people coming over and its been far too long) was told they cannot contact him currently despite several attempts, concerning that they cannot reach their contractors in customers houses.

The carpet cleaning was a very good job which I was pleased with.
The guy who eventually showed up was very apologetic for been late and explained that the previous job took longer than expected.
To the credit of Nexdo they did contact me via email to let me know the cleaner was running late.
Overall a good job that I was happy with but the late show up needs to be sorted.
Looking at over reviews there's a bit of a pattern with been late or even no shows.

Yasher came promptly, worked consistently and produced a great result. Fantastic to have a clean oven oven again.

Scam company. Booked a clean and they didn't clean half the items on the list. After battling for a refund they offered me $20 credit.

Awesome work and friendly service

For a start, they messed up the booking and we had to go back and forth to meet the cleaners/let them in throughout the day. Secondly, the guy who was doing the general clean did a terrible job, major items on the watchlist haven't been completed and he had the audacity to say "you'd be pleased with the result". He rushed off after the clean and we didn't get to do the inspection after the fact with him. Thirdly, they couldn't send anyone to redo the clean immeidately and we had to basically reclean ourselves as we needed to hand in the keys later that day. Lastly, when I requested a refund and sent 40+ photos of evidence, they offered a pity amount that doesn't even cover 1/3 of the full price, especially given we pretty much redid the clean ourselves. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, they kept repeating the same thing over the email but weren't actually trying to assist. The whole day was ruined, we had to waste our time on something we've paid for and their attitude was appalling. I will never use this service ever again and will ensure I spread the word amongst friends as family. This is not the way to treat your customers and certainly not the way to do business.

Booked a cleaner for 10.30am. Spent the morning tidying my house ready for the cleaner. I could not leave or get on with my day until they arrived. 11.45am, still no cleaner. I called, waiting 20 minutes on the phone to be told they would call me back. An hour passed and no call. At 2pm I was informed nobody could do the clean and I would be refunded. What a waste of a day, don't recommend this company at all.

They did a great job with my carpet. They transformed my house from a haggard-looking to a new one. Walking into my house is such a pleasure since it smells so nice. Worth the money spent!

Great job done by the gentleman that did my lawn today as I needed my neglected property mowed and treated. Thanks heaps team!

All the services were amaaaazing. Just wished they would’ve come in time or let me know that it’s gonna be later to be honest. But to be fair, it was worth the waiting! Especially the bathroom deep cleaning 👌🏼 definitely gonna book it again.

Yasher did an excellent job was very friendly and polite. Will recommend him to everyone needing car wash. Certainly will book him again for our other cars. Thank you Yasher.

Cleaner failed to turn up. I was told they had covid and only found out 14 minutes ago. They said there are no cleaners for the whole of Wellington for a whole week.
They customer service rep failed to call me back Rang again and was told they will issue me a full refund plus $20 compensation. Turns out it's a $20 credit towards my next booking because I cannot wait to hire them again. What a joke. Do not use this company at all costs. They shouldn't be in business.

I was looking for a home cleaning service when I found Nexdo. It was quite impressive being able to get a cleaner the following day. Absolute top-notch service that left my house sparkling clean and smelling amazing, super polite cleaners, and such friendly customer service. 10/10 recommend Nexdo!

Kennedy was amazing! My oven was well overdue a clean and it was practically brand new after working his magic on it. There were even little extra bits and bobs that he did that were so appreciated like cleaning the lamp shade while he was up cleaning the ceiling - so appreciated and extremely happy customer. Highly recommend and would pick him specifically again if I could.

I was blown away with how fast&thorough the clean was! And I only booked the day before, so great!
