These are the kindest group of people I have ever dealt with! They are available all of the time. Their support is always available. No question is too small. It has only been 2 months and all of my accounts are settling and I was never behind when we started! My income suddenly dropped where I knew I wasn't going to be able to pay all. A wonderful company. When I first signed up, I had over $40,000 in debt and I just finished the program and that debt was literally cut in half. Great customer service. Anytime I had a question or concern they responded promptly and were always willing to provide any additional information for which I might have asked. Achieved fair and reasonable settlements with all my creditors that exceeded my expectations. They were up front about their fees (which were quite reasonable in my estimation) and never wavered from that; never finding new ways to earn additional fees or applying any last-minute charges that had not been fully explained in the beginning of my relationship with them.
