New Era help

I signed up for debt assistance several months ago with New Era and I'm very happy with their service. I got myself into a lot of debt that kept snowballing. I could have chosen to try and settle my debts with the creditors directly, but that's a lot of time and stress that I just don't have. Signing up with New Era was the best decision for me. Half of my debts have already been settled in less than six months. I think I have a few more accounts left and it's taking a huge burden of stress off of my shoulders. Communication from New Era is also excellent.

ALLWAYS THERE TO HELP AND ANSWER QUESTIONS

I used New Era Debt Solutions when I needed help getting back on my feet. It seemed I could never paydown my credit cards, interest rates kept going up, and my payments kept getting higher, the cards weren't getting paid down. I had to do something, so I made the call to Debt Solutions. Their customer service was excellent. They went thru the process with me step by step, I was nervous at first to try this, as I've heard about people getting scammed, but they were legit and worked with me, and the credit card companies. They dealt with them, gave me advice, told me what i needed to to. They called me for my approvals, or questions or to give me updates on what was happening. Always looking out for me. I was provided with legal services regarding my debtors. They worked out a payment plan I could afford, which was way less than I was paying for all my minimum card payments, and a date I could make the payments on. I loved the fact that they sincerely were out to help me. In alittle over 4 years, I paid off my debts, and am back on my feet again. Thank you Debt Solutions!

Great service and great experience. If you are looking to get out of debt, I really recommend this program. The advisors, negotiators and the customer service were all excellent. I had a 3 and a half year payment contract. Everything was really easy, I rarely had to contact the company except to defer a payment once. They made everything incredibly easy. The only bad thing for me was that I ended up having to make 4 more monthly payments than originally expected but otherwise the program was fantastic!!

New Era Debt Solutions was a great company to work with. Nicole Clocherty was always available to talk with me. .She was always very helpful in making sure I understood what they were doing and if my needs were being taken care of. She was great.
