New Era Debt Solutions is straight up legit. They have qualified people and develop a plan that works for the client. You have to be honest with yourself and then again with New Era to commit to a plan that you can afford on a monthly basis.

The most amazing company. They work hard to relieve your debt. They are honest and transparent about everything including their fees. I would not trust any other company. If I'm ever in trouble again they will be the only company I will use. Thank you for everything! You guys are amazing 👏

I've been signed up with New Era for about 2 months now. At first, the thought of signing up with a debt relief company scared me. But, I knew that I needed help getting my debt in order. Bankruptcy was not an option, and I just wanted to know that there was hope in getting out of the hole I'm in. I've just been informed that one of my accounts has been settled, and it's a great feeling to know that it's one less thing to worry about. I'm hopeful for the future and this program. I am so glad I found and reached out to new era for help. I was drowning in so much debt I didn't know what I was going to do. When I started new era everyone seemed so nice and very helpful. The person I go to for questions and concerns is Nicole and she has been nothing but all sort of amazing. When I have questions or worried about something she is there always to help. They don't judge, they sincerely care about helping you reach your goals and becoming debt free. If I got into debt again I would come back but I'm not going to do that AGAIN but I will recommend this program to anyone who needs help getting out of debt. I have fought with immense debt for most of my adult life. In my 20s I did not understand how to many credit cards. In my 30s I took those ‘condense debt’ loans from One Main, Lending Club etc. Not knowing that if you don’t have the funds to pay those loans plus the credit cards that you’d need to keep using you just put yourself in a terrible cycle.
There are TONS of debt relief programs out there and I saw New Era/Forth had some solid reviews..but still I was skeptical.
Don’t pay on my credit cards or loans I owe?? Let them default?? Could I get sued?? Lots of things went through my head as I was listening to my New Era rep Alyssa(who was amazing) go through these details.
Then..as I’m still contemplating this huge decision I say to her this seems like a lot of work and putting myself in a negative credit area. She said..Yes but..you’ll be out of debt for the rest of your life.
And I chose to go on this 3 1/2 year journey which turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made!!
Hindsight..1. Make sure you can pay your monthly debt payment! You can’t miss one so if that number is too high don’t do it! 2. You can add more debts into the plan. This helped when I realized a credit card bill was too high to keep paying. 3. You do not have to add all your credit cards! I kept my lowest interest cards open which helped me use less while also using a cash debit card(Venmo has a great one!) that you can load money on and use. 4. STICK TO THE PLAN!! Gerri my debt rep who was also amazing explained what I needed to throughout the program. Just listen send in the docs or letters do not focus on your credit score and trust the process!! 5. Learn new ways to budget and manage your debt! You still need to pay New Era and your other bills so still work with a financial planner(your bank has free ones) and find a budget. 6. It takes time!! It took me 3 1/2 years to fully pay through my program and it was well worth it 7. Reap the results!! My credit score dropped to 500..it’s now at 621 and climbing! I have funds to now pay down other debts and I have 14-15 debts(credit cards and loans) I no longer owe!!
This is my testimony of an amazing company who I trusted with debt and my financial health. They did everything they said they would and more. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend them over any other company. Go change your life and get yourself out of debt for the rest of your life!!!

My experience with New Era was very good. It is hard not to be skeptical when entering into a debt settlement program but New Era turned out to be a good solution for my situation. They were professional and extremely helpful in working out the best possible solution. In doing so, they carefully explained things along the way. Hopefully will never have to go through a settlement program again but should I have to, I will call New Era!
