Got this bird feeder for Christmas
Got this bird feeder for Christmas. Fully charged it before using it as it states in the manual. Hooked up the solar charger to it. The battery died after 1 week. It will not charge even after I brought it inside and warmed it up to room temp and then used the charging cord that came with it. Called customer support and after 4 days of trouble shooting they asked to ship it back. They will not replace it until they receive it. Not happy.
Horrible company - NOT WORTH IT
Horrible company. DO NOT buy from them unless you want to be let down. I purchased a bird feeder back in November for a Christmas gift. It never arrived. Now it's January and still no bird feeder and no refund. After several emails to customer service, the last one I received was them letting me know I would finally be getting a refund.. still waiting on it btw. I'm starting to question whether or not this is even a LEGIT COMPANY?

I got one of the mini cameras for Christmas so I can keep an eye on my doggy while I'm at work well the whole situation is stupid, this company has made it where this camera only connects to a specific wifi which I don't have that specific one so I couldn't even use the camera. It is very frustrating when I didn't even purchase this camera myself someone gave it to me as a gift and now I have to ask that person for the receipt so I can return it and get a different on. a different BRAND I can not stress this enough DO NOT BUY their products!!!!!! I did get in contact with one of the customer support agents her name was Noya and she did all she could to help me and I appreciate her time trying to help. there's no reason to get mad at her because this is not her fault this is the companies fault that they made the cameras where they can only connect to a specific wifi that not everyone has.
Horrendous Customer Support
I bought the AI bird feeder with the Solar panel. The product arrived without the "screw cap" to connect the panel to the feeder securely.
There is no way to call support. It is a useless bot chat or email. Email response is slow. As well, they don't read the email. They barely perused it and made an assumption I never received the product. That starts the clock over again, with an even slower response.
If you must buy this, buy through Amazon, where you at least have a chance to return the product in the case they don't fulfill the order or there are issues with the product.
Never shipped
No shipping information communicated and has not shipped 3 weeks after paying…will be asking a refund.
Netvue bird feeder
I ordered a Netvue bird feeder with camera on 11-28-22. I contacted the company on 12-18-22 to ask if it would be here by Christmas. They assured me it would be and it would ship in a few days. It shipped on 12-20-22 and It still hasn't arrived. When I am not able to track the shipment and the company told me they are unable to track it as well. I understand they say 15-20 days shipping but it took 23 days to ship. They only told me they were short on product when I emailed them on the 18th. They have terrible costumer service. Buy from a different company.
Poor communication and lack of customer service
Almost one month ago I purchased a bird feeder camera from them. It was only after that I reached out to them first that they informed me the product was out of stock. There was no indication that this product was low or out of stock and they allowed me to still go through with the purchase.
After I requested a refund all communication has stopped on their end. I have never received such poor customer service and 100% do not recommend - look elsewhere!

I bought this camera on Amazon for the price. But after installing it I realize that they charge for everything. a motion fee for humans another for birds and so on. if you subcribe after a few years you can cover the cost to buy a much better camera. BAD

I wasn’t expecting much for a outdoor camera that cost less than £20, but after receiving it, installing it (very easily), and setting it up on my devices, I am pleasantly surprised.
The picture quality for day n night is amazing!

I have 2 Netvue cameras and 5 from Ring. Ring cost a lot more, but provides a better experience. Both of my Netvue cameras stopped working after 3 years and I had problems the entire time after purchase. Besides quality issues customer service is dismal. Netvue makes claims they cannot support.

Pensavo fosse un problema della prima cam , ma nonostante ciò l’allarme dì movimento non funzioni e spesso si collega dal Wi-Fi nonostante abbia il modem praticamente a poca distanza ( adattato apposta per lei )

ITA: ho acquistato una cam wifi, ma solo dopo l'acquisto si scopre che le notifiche degli allarmi arrivano dopo 10 min. Per avere notifiche in tempo reale è necessario pagare un canone. Ma dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più la rilevazione del movimento. In pratica la cam è diventata inservibile. E guarda caso, è successo il mese successivo alla scadenza della garanzia.

ENG: I bought a wifi cam. Only after purchase you discover that alarm notifications are received with 10 min delay. To get real time notifications you need to pay a monthly fee. But after the last update the motion detection no longer works. Practically the cam is now out of service. And "accidentally" it happened the month after the warranty expired.

Live image is unavailable and the recordings show errors most of the time. I contacted tech support and they provided no solutions. I have 8 Netvue cameras and 3 fail most of the time, it's not an internet issue because I have a Google Wifi Mesh with GREAT coverage. I would buy another camera if possible. Avoid Netvue.

I own 5 netvue cameras & finally got 3 of them working. They're the cheaper models. But my Sentry Pro seems to be a lost cause. The problem - netvue & I had been emailing back & forth, them telling me things to try, & then one day they just quit emailing. I guess they can't figure it out but they have not offered a refund or anything. They just went silent!

Vigil Camera.DO NOT BUY!
Purchased a Vigil camera for security purposes. Absolutely rubbish. Less then 3 metres away from router and the thing keeps dropping out.The signal to camera is at 80%.I've done all they recommended to try to rectify the problem but nothing seems to work.Security wise its as much use as a chocolate fire garde, usless,DO NOT BUY! Complete waste of money.

I have bought two different products from this company one Vigil Cam what is far better than the 360 degree Sentry Pro who have issue with internet connection more exactly is dropping very often. I would say avoid to buy this product from this company if you care about your money!
