I've had netvue "security" camera looking at the entrance to my property for number of years but never bothered with the event recording add on, using it mainly to check the property when we are away. Recently we found evidence that someone had been into the garden overnight so I immediately signed up for a year of event recording, thinking that if we had more unwanted visitors there would be recorded evidence. I have been sorely disappointed to discover that the camera detects spiders webs, rain, fog, wind, some vehicle headlights, anything but people! I have a clip of a delivery driver making a delivery here, the drivers door opens but the camera records no more, which includes me opening our door to receive the delivery.
The netvue vigil "security" camera is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. WASTE OF MONEY.
On the plus side the picture and view angle good but a security device it definitely it is not

I purchased the Birdfy Bamboo Bird Feeder, and I absolutely love it! I love being able to see watch all of our birds so close up! We saw a male and female Northern Cardinal, and they were feeding bird seed to each other. ♥️

I love the look of the bamboo feeder. Very classy. I also LOVE that there are two compartments … so we fill one side with birdseed and mealworms, and the other side gets peanuts. We love our Bluejays, Nuthatches, and several species of woodpeckers. I am going to buy the hummingbird attachment — we get lots of hummingbirds at our house.

It was pretty easy to set up the bird feeder and mount it. I highly recommend this feeder for all bird lovers and future ornithologists! 😊

We started with the birdfy solar birdfeeder without the AI. Much greater WiFi range than expected. The picture is very clear and the camera angle is adjustable. Like it so much we added the optional larger perch and squirrel seed cover. With the solar panel the battery is always 100%.

The cameras are fine and connectivity is excellent. My problem is with event recording. I get hundreds of notifications everyday...of spiders, rain, cobwebs and other insects. I've tried reducing sensitivity to no avail. The only apparent solution is to upgrade to 'AI Recording'. The problem with that is it's expensive for four cameras and I have no guarantee it will work.

I have had the Netvue Birdfy for 6 months now and I love it. The camera quality is awesome, and the feeder itself has held up through weather and wear and tear, birds peck at the camera lens and it's still perfect. In the early summer I captured tons of Orioles, hummingbirds, Goldfinch, doves, sparrows etc, and it also acts as a security camera for our property. They just released a new and much improved app for the feeder which is awesome too. Highly recommend this for bird lovers!!!

Still waiting for my package. Called 6 times put on hold and after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes says no agents available. Left message and no call back. Tried the chat feature and never addresses my question keeps showing articles that has nothing to do with my question or says it don't understand my question.

Not worth the investment and customer service only repeats what their support manual contains.

In five weeks we have only been able to download 4 videos, three of which were false triggers. Support continues to say "move closer to your router or are you sure your connected". If you are within 15 feet from the router it works, but go to 25 feet and you get an error msg. Also, a second error msg. stating their is a bug that needs correcting.

I would recommend that you need to go back and review your Business Plan. If you want to be a security company, be one. If you want to venture into Outdoors, do it, but don't try to be everything to everybody. If I could get my money back, I would in a heart beat.

I have several indoor and outdoor NETVUE cameras, including 3 birdfy feeders. I love NETVUE products, not only are they the best quality cameras and design, and literally last forever, but their customer service is supreme. I can honestly say I’ve never had a defective product, so I know they do great job doing quality assurance prior to shipping out to their customer as well. I look forward to the birdfy nest that I pre-ordered through kickstarter that’s supposed to be arriving soon. Keep of the excellent work NETVUE!

Great product (Hummee) and even better Customer Service experience. Had an issue with plastic clasp because you have to remove the HB feeder often to clean it and replenish the Nectar. Customer service was superior, in both communication and handling the issue! This is rare these days. Netvue seems to 100% stand by their product. 10/10 would recommend.

I have purchased 3 different Netvue cameras so far. All three merge into my app without any issues. The picture quality daytime is awesome. Nightvision is good as well considering it's dark outside. The talk feature works great on the cameras. My last camera would have gotten them a 5 star except I am not able to pan the camera down lower from factory setting. The phone app is very easy to use and install on my Android phone. I would absolutely recommend Netvue cameras.

The camera works great and has a good quality picture. The camera I ordered did not work so I contacted customer support and they were good at helping me. They sent a replacement because that camera was defective. The replacement camera took 2 weeks to get but once it arrived I was able to easily get it set up. I am very pleased with the cameras functions and it works well.

I have 3 Netvue cameras and all have worked well for months. The app is easy to use and very responsive. Any issues have been easily solved by simple troubleshooting or by contacting customer service (who are very quick to respond). The Birdfy cams are fun. You won't be disappointed.

Fast customer service and the cameras are great for my daily needs. I use them to look after my pets and babies when I'm not home.

I have the Birdfy feeder and the Orb 360 camera. They are both amazing! I had a couple of issues with the feeder but Netvue's customer service is unlike any I've experienced and they took care of every single issue with no problems. They are super responsive! I will continue buying their products!

Great product. Got it as a birthday gift and love it. I found it easy to set up and works great. I have the solar panel model and it keeps it fully charged at all times. Really get to know different types of birds. I can't wait every day to see who stops by. Love it!!!! Excellent company support.

I upgraded my broadband and connected successfully Ring,as well as other cameras in the house.
The NetView camera will not connect after about a dozen attempts trying different things.
Trying different solutions from the the helpline have also not resolved problem.
I have though had an offer to replace the camera which is a positive resolution.

I received my Birdfy as a birthday gift and it has provided a lot of fun for me. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had trouble keeping it on. It works great.

The main benefit is that I have learned a lot about birds! It's fascinating to watch how they behave and how they react to food and to each other. The big ones crowd out the small ones and they all leave reliably at dark. They reappear just before the sun comes up.

I especially recommend this Birdfy for retired people such as myself. I have a lot of time and it's a fascinating thing to watch these birds. I think practically anyone would enjoy it.

I was having a problem trying to attach my solar panel to a pole rather than a wall, which the panel came equipped to do. But they came up with an accessory & problem solved, promptly & successfully.

I love my Birdfy Netvue Feeder and get hours of beautiful footage. Last week I posted on the Netvue Backyard Birds FB page that a starling had stolen the suet feeder from my attachment. I planned on ordering a new one later that day. Within an hour an Admin asked if I needed a new one to which I replied yes, could I purchase the suet ball alone or did I need to get the whole unit. They told me they would send me one for free. I gave my address but doubted I’d ever see the attachment. True to their word the suet ball attachment arrived 3 days later!!! I highly recommend this bird feeder and would say to purchase the solar panel as I have had it up since last November and never have had to charge it even during the New England winter !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Birdfy camera worked fine for a month, then lost connection. Requested support. No follow through. Emails from China but Birdfy camera still won't connect. Not impressed with this company. Beware.
