The company has a fulfillment problem. They promise a delivery date and then claim due to high demand they cannot make the date and try to blame it on a fulfillment company.
When you ask for a refund they send you to the shipping guaranty that you purchased. This is not what the shipping guaranty is for and they will not honor the guaranty.
DO NOT BUY DIRECT. AND DO NOT COUNT ON THE WARRANTY.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered this before my baby was due. Within a month started having connectivity issues and I was spending too much time trying to connect the camera to the app and connect the monitor. I reached to the seller and the send me a replacement. Waiting months the same problems started. Is horrible with mesh wifi which we got the past few months but I made sure I connected my phone, netvue app only at the classic wifi. I reached to them few times with my connection issues. The offered to replace again or refund. I thought I’d give it another go and it was stable for some time then again all went south.. when i said enough is enough I reached for a refund as I do (and bought a completely different brand camera and monitor), they told me is too late as outside the warranty. I’m writing this as your warning to check warranty… from my personal experience all the frustration trying to bind the camera and losing connectivity right in the middle of the night when baby asleep and not being able to fix it has been extremely frustrating and a utter waste of my time. Whist I await for the different camera I tried to connect the old camera/monitor and hey ho same issues again! Bit desperate to have some view of baby to know she’s ok. If you want to waste your money and mainly get loads of frustration trying to connect this faulty product go ahead!

Excellent and fast replacement service
I had a hardware issue with my Birdfy camera (loose wires and charging port problems). I contacted support and I was blown away by their efficiency! Even though my camera was a gift, they used the Serial Number to validate my warranty and shipped a replacement unit immediately. Special thanks for the quick response and hassle-free process. Highly recommended

Batteries in solar cams (3 of them) last only a few months. netvue couldn't/wouldn't provide details on replacement type except send camera and they'd determine if it was defective. also the app and web viewer i find undependable- often failing to connect over and over then connect. connection stays good minutes to a couple hours but is not reliable for continuous monitoring use

I have 14 netvue cameras and most have worked fine but they are starting to fail with age and NetVue is NOT responding to my emails and request for assistance and the support request on their website keeps giving me an error. They were good until now - I would consider another company

I currently have 3 Birdfy products
I currently have 3 Birdfy products, the original bird feeder , the Birdfy nest and the hummingbird feeder duo. Three times, I have dealt with their customer support to resolve issues.once with my Birdfy nest the camera stopped charging and twice with my humming bird dual camera feeder. Each time they provided me quickly with information to resolve my issue, and or provided me parts or a replacement at no cost to me. This last time was within a month of the expiration on the warranty and they replaced my product.

Didn't refund return
Returned item new in box. Return process was super weird - they wanted me to PayPal them $10 for a return label. I said I didn't have PayPal and so they said they would just deduct the money from my return. 48 hours later I get a scan of a shipping label from a different email address. Returned item as instructed and tracking shows it was delivered back to them. Now they will not respond to my emails for two weeks and I have not received my money back.

So Far I Love my baby peekaboo camera. Easy setup, Great Video Quality, Even in night mode. Runs Off of WiFi. The Color is Pretty is Got a baby Blue one. You Can even Play Lullabies through the camera and Record your own! I Definitely Love That. You Can also Talk and Listen. 👂

Very frustrated
Very frustrated! My order has been delayed, no updates, and when I called the "24/7" customer assistance number, all I got was a recorded message saying "Sorry, no one available to help you". I ordered these items for Christmas on November 28; received a Shipped Notice on December 2nd, with arrival date of December 5th; still no product. Please give me some help!

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Cancelled subscription but it never got cancelled and ran for 2 years charging me 5.99 a month. They admitted the system was not used for over 2 years but only wanted to refund 3 months. You can’t speak to managers, they only respond to emails. Will never use them again.

Not recommended
Netvue were great to begin with, so I bought several of their cameras. Then suddenly I had issues with cloud recordings. The cameras work for a few hours but then stop. The app shows recordings but will not playback. I have to go into the app every single day and reset the cameras. I am paying a monthly subscription but every time I go to look at an event it won’t play back the recording. I emailed customer service many, many times but with no fix. Their only solution was to send me a new camera. Sounds great, but it’s several of my cameras, so I don’t believe it to be a camera issue. I was so happy with my cameras for several years but now I need to replace them all.

Uses closed source software and can only be configured with an App. This is probably because Netvue's parent company is Chinese and they want the feed first sent to China before you can stream it and a more open system that's based on direct IP RTSP, RTP or HTTPS connectivitiy isn't going to do that.
Big waste of money!

Purchased the Birdfy Polygon Nest…
Purchased the Birdfy Polygon Nest camera and love it! I have multiple other products from NetVue and the quality continues to improve. Customer service is top tier. Always reach a person who is willing to help with a great attitude. Highly recommend Netvue and the Polygon Nest Camera!!!
Don't waste your time buying this product
When we purchased the Peekaboo camera to monitor our baby, everything seemed to work for a couple of weeks but then the monitor busted. We reached out to their customer service, and they replaced the device for us only to have the same issue. We managed to connect it to our phones, but a couple of months later the camera stopped working too! A refund was offered, so they did their part! But, the product is bad, and we're re left without it to monitor our baby and have to now look for a diferent brand that actually works!
Don't waste your time buying this product!

Ho provato ad abbonarmi al cloud per un mese ma il servizio non è attivo. Han preso i soldini ma non rispondono alle richieste di assistenza.
Pessimo servizio, link in App spesso non funzionanti, nessuna interazione col servizio tecnico.

Avoid this company at all costs
24/6/25 Avoid this company at all costs. They sell extremely cheap cameras using outdated technology at vastly inflated prices then refuse to honour their obligations. I've spent several months with their technical department trying to make one of their Birdfy cameras work in our garden. Even when the camera was placed within six inches of our router (at their insistence, in order to see if it was a 'distance from the router' problem), it failed to maintain a connection for more than ten seconds, and even when it did, its throughput was measured in Kilobytes, not Gigabytes. No question that you could identify the species of bird WHEN it decided to connect, but any tree branches waving in the background set it off, and the videos it DID collect, which were few and far between, lasted for no more than one or two seconds. This camera was a present from my daughter, so I don't have a receipt, a fact that has given them the opportunity to refuse to refund the cost of the purchase, despite the camera being under warranty. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
26/6 25 Following your extremely unhelpful reply below, asking for details which you already have, might I suggest that you go and speak to your own support department. They will know exactly who I am, and they certainly already have the details you requested. Once again - diabolical communication skills. If you don't talk to each other INSIDE the company, how can you possible expect to provide a decent external support service.

Ich habe da noch Garantie drauf und habe über die App den Kunderservice, Bescheid gegeben. Der Kundenservice hat sofort reagiert und hatte nach nicht mal 1 Woche, ein neues Babyphone und sogar die neueste Version. Ich muss sagen, so einen guten Service habe ich seit langem nicht erlebt!!!

En Europa no se puede comprara. No respetan la garantia y no contestan. La mia comprada en Amazon( otro mas que se burla de las Garantias) ¡duro apenas 2 años y el infrarojo dejo de funcionar (modo nocturno). O sea malisima calidad y soporte pesimo..
