Horrible experience
Horrible experience. My baby is not even six months old and the second camera has already stopped working. The monitor on the first one stopped working and was just a blue screen, so they sent us a new one. The second one is doing the exact same thing AND the camera keeps going “offline” (no it’s not a WiFi problem) so we have no access to our baby’s room at all. When I reached out to customer service, they insinuated that I was lying because they tapped into the camera and said it was online. I sent a picture of the blue screen on the tablet and the service rep kept saying it was because it wasn’t charged and I need to try another cord. I kept saying it was fully charged and had nothing to do with the battery being low. I had asked for a refund and did not get one.

Giorni fa' avevo messo una stella per il mal funzionamento di 2 orbcam che insieme avevano smesso di funzionare senza apparente ragione.Ho chiesto il supporto al servizio assistenza che devo dire mi hanno lasciato molto soddisfatto per il loro continuo impegno a trovare la soluzione del problema che per altro e' stato finalmente risolto.Non posso che esprimere un ottimo giudizio nei loro confronti.Grazie di tutto.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Didn’t deliver item on time as promised, refused to cancel shipment when it was not even sent yet, and then has failed to refund for months with slow responses and promises that it’ll be handled, but still no resolution. They received an unused item back but still keeping money. Don’t order from them!

By far the worst security service for a camera in my opinion. My app constantly crashes and cameras are inferior to the others. I regret buying this!
Extremely slow order processing and delivery
I placed my order on 26 January and the web page said the order would be dispatched within 2-3 business days and the expected delivery was on 9-12 February. I needed it for a present on 11 February but I thought the 12 would be alright anyway.
I wrote to them 6 days later as I hadn’t received a track and trace number yet. Costumer service were unable to provide any information on when they expected to dispatch it or when I could expect to receive it. I wrote to them several times in the following days trying to get an answer on when to realistically expect my order so that I could get a chance of cancelling it and buying something else.
It’s not until today (February 5) I get the answer that it will be dispatched this week (February 7) and that I have to expect another 12-15 work days before receiving it. This means that I would not receive it until February 26-28, a whole month after placing my order and much, much later than the delivery times they wrote on the website. I have canceled my order now.
The two stars is only because they actually canceled the order when I asked them to.

Waiting for new code … still !
Still waiting for replacement bar code for cameras ( mistakingly removed ) . This expensive present , so far cameras are useless ! Purchased information was sent as they requested.
I’m still trying to have a successful contact with the support team , automated ??
Further update , I have now received replacement via Amazon - hope things go better this time ??

They Need Work but Are Working On It!
I have 5 Netvue/Birdfy products. 4 feeders and their pole. Recently I decided to ask to exchange a feeder i had ordered for a newer model. It had not arrived so I was hoping I could make the switch before it came. I called the company. they said it was already “in the system” so they could not stop the shipping but that I should just call when it arrived and they would provide me with a return label. It arrived three weeks ago. I called immediately. they assured e I would get the return label by email within 24-48 hours. I have called repeatedly since then. Always the same assurance. Never sent the return label. Now their customer service is not even answering calls! I posted the foregoing with 1 star and then today I got a refund and a promise that the return label will come right away. I know their customer service has been overwhelmed and much of this was during the holidays, so I want to give credit (so to speak!) where credit is due. They have done the right thing and so far I absolutely love their products and the advice you can get when you are lucky enough to get a real person to help with set up,
App is not secure
3 devices can be logged in to the camera simultaneously and I had 3 logged in. The app quit on one device. Multiple uninstalls/reinstalls and factory reset failed. I learned after a live chat with this company that there is no option to see where or what devices are logged in to your camera. AND a password change logs other devices out after an entire hour! At this point I wonder if the camera has either been hacked or the company itself logs in. In any event this app is not secure and could be dangerous, especially if used indoors where babies and children live.

The quality of the pictures on the birdfy pro camera is superb. Customer service is great. I have 2 birdfy nest boxes, 2 stand alone cameras and 3 birdfy feeders. None of them disappoint!!! Best product ever. These cameras take bird watching to a whole new level
The cameras are rubbish quality
The cameras are rubbish quality, they always have issues playing back recorded video data. And there is always issues with SD cards even though I buy the best and new ones, what’s even crazy is that they offer no replacement or repair for free even if you purchase as many as 5, not even a refund or return and getting a new one that isn’t faulty. Stick to Amazon and get a cheaper one from China which is 100x better

Always responsive and solved the problem.
Always responsive, when I bought the package they responded with regards to the delivery. 6 months after the purchase my camera broke down. The chat service responded instantly, thereafter via email and in the end, after prooving the camera had really broken down, they refunded it. So I find this a reason to buy more items on their site.
Btw, I am from Belgium so no issues receiving nor contacting the service help desk.
I have 10 different Netvue cameras
I have 10 different Netvue cameras. They were relatively easy to set up, and they worked OK. Then as time passed, they stopped working one by one. They would not reconnect via wifi with the others. When the first couple cameras died, I reached out to Netvue support. They could not resolve camera issue either. They did not offer to replace cameras or provide any other useful solution. Now 4 of the cameras have died. I finally gave up and had to trash the cameras. BUYER BEWARE !!! I would have expected Netvue to stand behind their products, and replace faulty cameras. I may be wrong, but I suspect they have too many faulty cameras in circulation to be able to afford replacements

Birdfy Feeder and Birdfy Nest
I have two Netvue products, their Birdfy bird feeder and their Birdfy nesting box. Both have well designed and well made hardware. They look good, especially the nesting box which is very elegant. The software is reliable. Their new app works great for both devices. I've enjoyed the feeder for several years now. Outside in the Southern California climate it's been fine, including very hot summers, and very wet winters. The birds love it. I put up the nesting box just this month, so no residents yet, but I think it will be great too. Customer service was excellent when I had a question. Recommended.
AVOID NETVUE.
When I purchased a camera from Netvue, continuous recording was available on an SD card. This option has now been removed and the only way to record any video at all is to subscribe. A complete scam. It is the same as buying a car that can do 500 miles, then a year later the company limit it to 50 miles unless you subscribe. Unfair and not what I purchased. AVOID NETVUE.

I love Birdfy by Netvue!
I was gifted a bamboo bird feeder for Christmas and instantly fell in love with it! It was easy to set up and the notifications are so cool to get. The bird identification is an added bonus and such a cool feature.
Where Birdfy by Netvue really exceeded my expectations was when I posted about a bear destroying our feeder. They were so kind over social media and even replaced the feeder.
I’m looking into the hummingbird feeder next!
Best customer service and coolest product, cannot recommend them enough.

Ho acquistato 2 telecamere su Amazon dopo un po’ di mesi hanno smesso di funzionare ho chiesto all assistenza di cambiarle o ripararle mi hanno risposto diverse persone visibilmente non coordinate alla fine mi hanno liquidato senza nulla fare. SCONSIGLIATISSIMI, mai più.
Credo che dopo aver letto questa recensione mi hanno restituito i soldi dell acquisto ma comunque per me rimangono poco seri .

c'est une honte en sachant que j'ai une capacité de carte sd de 128 go
je pourrais effacer moi meme les contenus au fur et à mesure
On me dit qu'on peut l'augmenter a 30 secondes mais c'est en s'abonnant

Customer Service Needs Improvement
I have been trying to reach Netvue to return an item and no luck. Left messages, sent emails, tried live calls. I had to uses Google to find information about returns...nothing was included with the package and nothing on the company's Website offered any information about returns. After posting this I finally received a call. No results yet but I did receive a return label. The process is way too hard and not customer friendly but I’m now holding out some hope.
