Naylors - Rochdale Anmeldelser 

I have been a regular customer to naylors for many years even when it was a little shop.
The staff have always been knowledgable, friendly and always happy to help in anyway, they are an amazing team!
Unfortunately in recent months it has had massive stock issues, I’ve now had to be unloyal and shop elsewhere as they have stock issues. I can’t buy things that I need to provide for my horse on the daily and clothing range doesn’t seem any different than 3 years ago (which I’ve already had). Seems to be slipping slowly what used to be my number one go to.

Wow what a great customer service experience we had today getting my daughters body protector.
We were served by Sophie S and she was so helpful and patient, my mum said what a nice girl she is and how she was going to ring up and let them know how good she was.
We will definitely be revisiting

Sophie really took her time to make sure that the fitting of both the riding helmet and the body protector was absolutely spot on. I could tell that she was looking out for the best interest of my daughter and I totally trusted her.

I was assisted today by Anne, she spotted me like a lost puppy, as I was shopping for a gift for my girlfriend she saved me so much time and gave me a variety of all the options, I’d run out of nice things to say about Anne if I started a list she made me feel very at ease from how I felt when I walked in (lost and overwhelmed) Anne is a pleasure to the store in my opinion thanks Anne! Sophie S fitted my 12yo with a body protector, she was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the product.

Another successful visit. Staff always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and always happy to help me find what I need.

Unused simulator with staff standing around with clearly nothing to do not willing to allow ride on simulator because it had not been booked online.

Anne was lovely and helped me find a new pair of riding boots 😊

Really helpful staff, but they are becoming restricted by the availability of stock. Never used to be a problem!

Have loved this store for a long time, but recently disappointed with the limited choice of stock on offer. The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, really helpful. Shame they are being let down on product availability. My friend recently visited, got the advice, but had to buy elsewhere, she also has a gift voucher, but didn't find anything she wanted to spend it on. Missed opportunity! Come on Naylors, your staff are proud to represent you, they deserve better
