Professional and courteous.
The team that measured up and carried out the final installation were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the final installation, however, Natural Stone cancelled our 1st installation 6 hours before they were due to arrive, the gas hob and sink had been disconnected in readiness so both had to be reinstated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.
We are really pleased to hear that you were happy with the professionalism and courtesy of our templating and installation teams, and most importantly that you’re pleased with your finished installation.
We would also like to apologise again for the short-notice cancellation of your original installation date. Unfortunately, this was due to unexpected team illness which left us unable to carry out the installation safely and to the standard we expect. We completely understand the inconvenience this caused, especially with your sink and hob already disconnected, and we’re sorry for the disruption.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we are delighted that we were able to complete the installation and provide a finished result you are happy with.

Service and product outstanding.
Communication was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the product excellent.
Everything was made clear about what was needed for templating and the timing was explained beforehand. (With hindsight I would have booked for it to be templated sooner as it is a 14 day notice period which is worth noting).
The guys that came to fit the quartz were very polite and professional.
Absolutely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate based on my experience in recommending the company.
