Excellent quality and brilliant service
We had our Calacatta Claro quartz worktop and splashback installed today by Natural Stone Surfaces, and we are absolutely delighted with the final result.
The quality of the stone is great and the installation work was fantastic.
It was a real shame that our original installation last week had to be postponed due to a measurement mistake by their templater.
However, Natural Stone Surfaces handled the issue well.
They prioritised re-making our pieces and booked us back in for installation within a week to avoid any further delays.
The quality of the stone is beautiful and the team acted quickly to put things right.
Great service and an excellent final product!

Great worktop
Great worktop, really well fitted, however it could have had fewer joints, as the fitter said they could have got a 2.6m worktop in without it being split into two, however the joints are good so not really an issue, i did have extra window bottom fitted and specifically asked for 30mm, one of them came at 20mm and i hadn't noticed when i signed for the measured template, i understand why it was made at 20mm but it could have been made to fit at 30mm. so i have ended up with s small tile cut under the window cill, anyway it's tiled now so that's how it will stay. Overall i like the worktop and the fitting, Just given 4 star because attention to detail could have been more on the templating.

NSS were professional throughout. The person who measured the kitchen for the quartz worktops was thorough and gave good advice. The fitters arrived about a week later and completed both kitchen and utility in a few hours. Very pleased with results.
