The company were very efficient and took time to ensure that the worktop was fitted correctly. The end product is amazing and we're delighted.

Had our quarts worktops fitted we are over the moon the guys were fantastic from stenciling to fitting great work guy and thanks

From the man coming to measure up for the worktop the service was outstanding.
The gentleman conducting the template made some suggestions to alter our plan slightly and gave helpful suggestions to my husband re sink and hob .
The two gentleman who fitted the worktops were efficient, friendly and very tidy .
In fact we were so impressed that I think my elderly Aunty might be using their services .
All in all I highly recommend this company 😊

Excellent worktops, professionally installed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent right from the point of ordering up until installation was complete. All members of the team were friendly and helpful and answered my questions quickly. I especially appreciated the photograph of my piece of granite being sent to me for approval prior to the installation date being agreed - this was unexpected but provided a chance to check I was fully happy prior to the worktops being cut. They look amazing in my new kitchen and I couldn't be happier with them.

Very efficient, very friendly, good value and looks amazing.
Definitely give them a chance to quote regardless of your location.

The choice of kitchen worktops was huge and the price was good. From ordering to templating and fitting was very quick. Everyone I deslt with was very helpful and professional. The guys doing the fitting were great.

Natural stone surfaces are the designated supplier and installers from my kitchen company DIY KITCHENS. They have been ultra efficient from the date they came to do the templates right upto the date they installed. Communication was exemplary and the installation guys were superb and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone. Love our quartz UNIQUE worktops. 5* review.

Very professional service. Everything from agreed timescales, taking templates to fitting quartz worktops was very efficient and great quality. Highly recommended

I ordered a white sparkle worktop through DIY kitchens, I emailed on a Friday afternoon to say I was ready for the worktop, had an email straight back asking if Tuesday was good to have it measured up, it got fitted a week later, I’m made up with it! The fitters did a great job, the quality of the worktop is amazing, I can’t rate this company high enough will definitely use them again

Total disaster from salesperson to completion came marked they wanted to remove to polish i wasnt happy with that so had to pay another £650 to get another one cut and made which also came with a mark on it. they told me the first one would come out in one piece i didnt think it would and i was right in my opinion it snapped in half so i feel totally had over by the company. having to pay twice for eletricians no fault of my own and a new piece to be cut.
the only part of the whole experience was the fitters totally profesional and polite but overal i would never recommend this company to anyone buyers beware

Excellent customer service Delighted with worktop every tradesman we have used has commented on how good our worktop looks Thankyou

Great from start to finish. Darryl turned the quote around really quickly which was very competitive, and followed by provided various samples. The turnaround from once we decided to go with Natural Stone Surfaces to template and installation was incredibly quick, and were really pleased with the quality of workmanship. Highly recommend.

I bought a granite worktop, and so far (it's early days) I'm pleased with it. It looks nice, and the guys templating and installing it did a good job, and it's all very neat.

I knocked a star off for the delivery experience. First off, no one anywhere tells you clearly what the system is.* Apparently it hasn't occurred to anyone that the average customer might never have refurbished a kitchen before.

That's par for the course. The really annoying thing is the short notice. You can book the templating in advance, but for installation, Natural Stone don't want to give you a date until two days before they're ready. You don't get a timeslot until the evening before. Apparently it hasn't occurred to them that their customers might work full-time, and it might not be convenient to take a whole day off work at short notice. If you phone up their staff and ask nicely, the individuals try to be helpful, but it's very obvious that the whole system is set up for the convenience of the supplier and not for the customer.

*For the benefit of fellow first-timers: first you need to get the worktop templated. At that point, the kitchen fitter needs to be done installing the units. But you need to book the templating at least two weeks in advance, so no option for last-minute delays if your kitchen fitter is unreliable. Then the worktop guys come back 1-2 weeks later with the actual worktop and install it. As above, they don't give you the installation date until very shortly beforehand. They don't even tell you what the wait time is unless you phone up and ask.

Guys did a great job from template through to delivery and installation. Was a challenge to get into building due to weight but team worked to solve problem and achieve a great finished install.

Fantastic service from a very professional company.
I ordered my Quartz through DIY kitchens and after visiting Grantech in North Wales decided that the chosen pattern did not represent my 10cm square, free sample, I changed my style.
This was achievable as templating had not been completed.
The Templater was a very competent and pleasant guy who completed his work in a professional manner.
The fitters were great. Arrived very early and fitted the Quartz in a similar professional manner.
All cleaned up and gone in quick time.
Thank you very much.

They supplied me with an Arctic White Quartz worktop, which has a pronounced pattern, in a U-shaped kitchen format. My experience was excellent, from the initial templating, which was thorough and turned out on fitting to be correct to the milimetre. The fitters also did a superb job of fitting the three individual worktop sections. But what really amazed, and pleased me, was that the cutting of the worktops at the factory, was done out of one block, so that the veins in the worktop pieces matched completely.

Excellent communication throughout. Professional service at both tempting and fitting appointments. We are delighted!

Amazing service from start to finish. Ordered via DIY Kitchens and then email for date for Natural Stone Surfaces to template and then install. Professional workers. Very good advice from the templater.
