Repayment for dental treatment not completed
I was surprised when my application for Dental treatment for my wife and myself was questioned. The person involved sent me an email which stated that she would action repayment for my wifes treatment. But could not action my claim as i had not completed the paper work correctly. She stated the actual invoice for payment had not been included. It had i spoke with another person in the claims department who opened up my email and it was there. I found this slightly irritating and had i not received this questionnaire from Trust Pilot i would have probably had ignored the error.

So I’ve received no paperwork or email attachments and it was agreed when I took out the policy that payment would be taken on the 1st of the month but you’ve tried to take it on the 13th so it’s been declined because I wasn’t given notice to move money to the account. Not a great start…

Customer service was not the best
Customer service was not the best. When I called, the lady I spoke to was rude, did not explain anything properly, and simply passed me on. I sent all the requested documents and received no update, only a standard letter explaining why they could not pay me.
This could have been explained to me over the phone when I initially called and explained my situation, which would have saved me a lot of time and unnecessary stress.
