I have currently been off work for just…
I have currently been off work for just over a month and still have had no contact from national friendly unless it was me chasing them for information. The say there is a 2 week deferal period but they don’t have any support for those who are waiting 5 weeks still and cannot pay bills. No matter my concerns I’m still waiting. It took a week from my original phone call and sending all information over for them to even do anything at all and again this was only because I rang up a week later to see what was going on.

I am very dissatisfied because it was your responsibility to ask me who is my legal beneficiary should be in case something happened to me... and you didn't do that. What's more, I wasn't able to do this online; I had to send it by mail at my own expense.... You are not professional.
I’ll see what happens then—I’ll have problems... I hope I don’t end up running around in circles like a dog chasing its tail.
