Item well received. Thumbs up!

Name necklace came quick and looked exactly like it did in the pictures and has held up really well! And hasn’t tarnished. Very satisfied

Amazing company and great products! Very satisfied

I was concerned that I was not able to track my item but I was contacted by email and the communication was excellent and kept me informed about its progress and how it would be delivered. The responses were in great time. The product sizing is on the larger size and the ladies style appears to be a man’s shirt. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Thank you

Excellent all round. Very fast and efficient communication with responses to emails and changes we made to the order. Loved how the figurine appearance was "confirmed" before proceeding with the next step since it was a personalized item.

The last item I ordered was the name plate necklace and the chain on the necklace was too small

I ordered a moon lamp. The initial product had some battery issues but the support team was very prompt in responding and I was sent a replacement. Very happy with the product and service

I had sent a request to name necklace asking to have the shipping address changed. I received an answer within several hours, that the Address had been changed. The email I received from Sally told me it had been taken care of, and the new address had already been put into their system. Absolutely the best customer service ever, I will order from them again.
