BUYER BEWARE!!!! Made a purchase and paid for express shipping, which guaranteed a specific delivery date. Needless to say, it never arrived. Customer service is a joke and gives cookie cutter, expected responses with no real help….just like I’m sure any reply to this review will be along the lines of ‘sorry for your negative experience, contact us at blah blah blah so we can look into resolving’

「写真ぬいぐるみ人形キーチェーン 」購入しました。送料なども含めると¥6,542でした。イメージ画像からパーツを縫い合わせた物だと思いましたが違いました。ＵＰした画像に似たイラストをプリントした布を両面表の状態でワタを詰めただけのぬいぐるみとは思えない綿詰めの布でした。自分でプリントできればもっと綺麗に作れると思います。他の方も書かれていましたがイメージ画像を変えるべきだと思います。レビューを見て購入するべきでした。返品したいです。二度とこの商品は購入しません。

If I could give a -5 I would have. I ordered 5 viewfinders and 15 custom reels from GetPhotoBlankets expecting a meaningful, gift-quality product. What I received was a product with images so blurry they were unusable.

When I raised the concern, I was told the blur was part of a “vintage feel.” That explanation doesn’t hold up. I own authentic vintage ViewMaster reels from the 1970s, and those images are still clear and recognizable. What I received from GetPhotoBlankets was not vintage-style quality — it was poor print quality.

The difficult part here is not just the defective product. It’s the refusal to acknowledge the issue in a reasonable way. I could get non blurry reels for an additional $10/per reel.

I submitted high-quality photos. I paid for a personalized keepsake. Instead, I received something I could not give as a gift and wasted $150.

It seems the company hopes customers will simply accept a substandard product because it is “customized.” That’s not acceptable when the final result materially differs from reasonable expectations created by their advertising and product examples.

A fair resolution would have been simple:
* acknowledge the quality issue,
* stop reframing it as intentional,
* and provide a meaningful remedy.

Instead, the experience became unnecessarily frustrating and dismissive.

I would strongly encourage potential customers to research reviews carefully before ordering — especially if image clarity and gift quality matter to you. This company operates like a scam.

Update to the companies response: I reached out several times to your customer service with no reasonable resolution rather asking for $10/reel more to have clear images.

I ordered a custom viewfinder. took all the time to upload all my pictures and paid for express shipping. I never heard back from them to confirm the order after I paid and after following up several times with no response, I eventually tried to get a refund through PayPal. Hopefully that works out. I am not sure if this company really exists but I’m pretty disappointed because they messed up my Mother’s Day gift. I am going to have to order somewhere else now and it will be late.

Vivian, in customer service, understood my concern regarding an order and has taken steps to rectify the issue. She is considerate and professional. Because of her fine service, I will definitely shop at 'getphotoblanket' again.

Didn’t even receive the product I ordered not even something remotely like it.

The team that worked on the project for me were great! They took a picture and turned it into a video that depicted my beloved pet as she was in life. Due to the color of the background and background and her being the same color, she was hard to see. I contacted them and explained the situation and they remade the video with a contrasting background. At each and every turn, they responded very quickly and very professionally, usually within 24 hours. Every question I had, they were able to answer and kept me apprised of the progress. They gave me back a bit of what my heart was missing.

The worst experience in buying. I suspect that this site is a scam. Ordered since Feb 2 with expedited delivery and on March 2, product is still in production. Contacted their customer support initially to cancel and they said they will give us a partial refund for the delay. So that was settled. Then OUT OF NOWHERE, they emailed me saying that if i dont reply by 1-2 days, they will refund me but deduct 30% as a restocking fee. Who does this? Ill be sure to report to the authorities and my bank. THIS IS A SCAMZ

Took forever and the sweat shirt looks pretty mid at best. 1st and last time buying.

Do not use this website the service is horrible I purchased an item and it came a month later. I moved and they wanted me to pay for their terrible service. Stop scamming people

Very poor quality Chinese product - waited three weeks and received very blurry photographs - everything about this order is CHEAP - use a different company

18 days from Purchase to Delivery in New Hampshire. The mini 4Tier shelf was surprisingly good quality. The 4 custom photos I sent them were printed on tiny 4 gloss sheets and very clear. It was all thrown in a huge ziplock for me to build, so both the 2 long side pieces of the shelf came broken into 3 pieces each and I had to hot glue those 6 pieces together for the sides on top of the normal 4 shelves I was expecting to glue together, which made the outside of the shelf sides look a bit ghetto and small cracks in it after gluing, but still overall a very adorable mini shelf with memory photos.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered it and tried to contact them but there is no way to contact them

Scam. Ordered a MTG custom card with high quality uploaded picture of my husband and I. When i opened, I was very angry cause we don’t recognize any of us on it. Still gifted it to my husband who even asked who was the people on the picture… can’t blame him… We are both highly disappointed.

Funny that after writing this my order poped up. Will rise to 4 stars if arrive tmr otherwise my weekend ruined.

Destroyed my valentines day as they promised the shipping would come before 14th still havent arrived, no major shipping company in Thailand has my order but said to cleared customs in 12th of feb..

Been shipping for 10days now start to believe its a scam.

Don't order from them its just a fake company with no actual intrest in giving you a product. If you see a ad from them on facebook etc. Better report as a scam so less people fall for it.

Ordered an item on 22nd of January and paid for expedited shipping of same. Nothing but frustration in watching them miss the dates for processing and eventually had to cancel the order today 13th of Feb. In doing so, they tell me the item was not even in stock…. Something they failed to tell me all along. My advice do not order from them.
