Hi. I would like to share my experience from Myspotifyglassus. I recently ordered a spotify plaque since my boyfriend and I will celebrate our upcoming anniversary. I thought that it will be the perfect gift for him. However, there was a problem with the local carrier. They had been so helpful, understanding and very considerate that they offered me a replacement. I was so grateful for that. I really appreciate their kind gesture. In addition, I am looking forward for my order and I am sure that my boyfriend would love it. Thank you so much. Thank you for your remarkable service. I hope you would continue to grow and always make your customers happy with their purchases.

I treated myself to a personalised ring, one you design with the relevant birthstone and names. Unfortunately the original order arrived with an incorrect coloured stone. I emailed the customer service team who were very prompt with their responses at all times. After providing a photo of the order and one of the ring received, they arranged for a 2nd ring to be made and dispatched at no extra cost to me. Sadly this also arrived incorrect and an exact copy of the 1st ring. Again customer services were prompt and offered a % of the refund but I really wanted the ring I had ordered as it was something for me and my son. After a few emails back and too (again always promptly) the team arranged for a 3rd ring to be made, again at no extra cost to me, and this time sending me a photo of the stone they were going to use to check if it looked ok and even sent me a photo of the actual ring before dispatch to see if I was happy with it. The ring has now arrived and I am really pleased with it. It’s very pretty, a perfect fit and is something I will always cherish. Yes problems and overall quite a time to get the end result but the customer service team have been brilliant in pulling the final ring together. Had I have received the correct order first time I would have given this product 5* it’s lovey. Thanks customer service team.

Communication was exceptional. Response time was also quick. Thank you!

My experience was very good. Customer service was amazing.

建議上傳的畫素盡量高一點、色澤不要太淡、若很在意臉孔，就盡量不要選全身照，畢竟是要縮小在底片裡的，多少會影響到清楚程度！

Awesome product and customer service!
Got this as a unique gift for my husband’s 50th Birthday of our family of four.
My sons enjoyed helping him assemble it and we will treasure this special keepsake.

My son bought a locket for my birthday it does not open. Was advised to use a sharp knife now its scratched and still will not open!! Back and forth with useless emails will not refund or let me return! DO NOT USE THID COMPANY!!!!

Received and the product and it’s a pile of junk. Does not even open. After back and fourth emails asking for a refund as it turned up late and broke I still have not got anywhere. It’s meant to be a present for my mums birthday. I have sent links and shown proof but they only offer a small amount back which is an absolute joke.

Had enough to left this review. Do not buy from this company.

Had a couple of issues but rectified quickly. Great customer service

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. CHINA BASED COMPANY. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. PAID FOR ITEM. ITEM NOT DELIVERED. OFFERED PARTIAL REFUND. A PARTIAL REFUND!!! W.T.F. OFFERED REPLACEMENT IF I PAY FOR POSTAGE AGAIN. SO IT DOESN'T ARRIVE AGAIN.. ONCE BITTEN!!... SCAM. SCAM.SCAM.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM. SCAM.SCAM

They were really helpful with the ordering process even too the extra step and let me know where i went wrong and help me correct it. The also responded in a timely manner each time i had a question or wanted an adjustment to my order. I can only give five stars being the highest but 10/10 would recommend

Locket ordered early for Christmas was faulty. It wouldn’t close properly. Company refused to replace or refund even though it was faulty. No address on website, don’t act within UK consumer laws

Always order from this company products are always amazing and well received by anyone I buy for. Will continue to buy from them.

I ordered one of the light bulbs customized for my friends for Christmas. When I got the package the first bulb had been shattered in transit (which is no fault of the company, these things do happen) and I was so bummed because from what was left, it looked beautiful. I immediately sent an email to customer service and explained what happened and they got right to work putting together a new order and had it completed and shipped in time that I still received the replacement before Christmas. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the help I received.
