Reliable and cost-effective cpanel/Linux hosting for my domain web site and email for years now (through the more recent name change to NameCrane). Tech support has always been responsive and pretty good. Best of the half dozen other hosters I have used and am still using for other domains for historical reasons.

There shouldn't be a doubt, namecrane is the BEST you can get!

I contracted NameCrane's reseller hosting to manage my digital agency clients (around 25 cPanel accounts). After months of constant problems, I had to migrate everything to another provider.
Loading times and responsiveness issues persisted for over 3 weeks straight. The server kept getting laggy and unresponsive - my clients were asking very often what was happening. There were kernel issues affecting their infrastructure that they didn't catch proactively, and I couldn't even edit with Elementor because the server was taking very long times to respond.
Email deliverability problems took 3+ days without solution. Some emails weren't being delivered or were delayed significantly. This is critical for business communication but they couldn't solve it.
Support response times were terrible - first response to critical issues took 8-12 hours, which is unacceptable for "managed" hosting. Instead of fixing problems, they kept asking me to provide more logs and do troubleshooting myself. When I reported issues, they would often downplay them or suggest the problem was on my end (classic gaslighting). They'd ask me to identify which specific sites were slow instead of checking their server performance themselves. Tickets were closed without confirming the issue was actually resolved.
I was so desperate to get help that I even found their Discord server to try to communicate there. Francisco, who appears to be the owner of the company, only responded saying that everything was fine and there were no problems. This while I had 25 client accounts with email delivery issues and couldn't get real support through their official ticket system.
Basically, they never took full responsibility for their infrastructure problems and made me feel like I was overreacting.
Because of this I had to migrate all accounts to another provider. The difference is night and day - real managed hosting means they actually manage the server, not make you do it yourself.
If you're managing client websites or running a business that depends on reliable hosting, avoid NameCrane. Their "managed" service is not managed at all, support is slow and dismissive, and they'll gaslight you when you report legitimate problems. Even reaching out to the owner directly on Discord didn't help. Not worth the headache or the damage to your reputation.

Honestamente aún sigo un poco incrédulo. Compré el servicio de correo (CraneMail Starter 100G), he configurado 4 dominios, y desde que lo compré (Septiembre 2025) el servicio ha funcionado a la perfección.

This company is not reliable at all and honestly feels like a scam.

Here’s what happened to me: I first opened a support ticket when my payment failed. I then waited two full days for a reply. When they finally responded, they said the payment failed because my billing address didn’t match my payment location — which made no sense.

So, I tried again. This time, I made sure my card address and billing address matched perfectly. The payment went through successfully — but guess what? My order still showed as “pending.”

I opened another support ticket and, again, waited two more days for a reply. This time, instead of fixing the issue, they told me my account was blocked for “violating their Terms of Service.” I had done absolutely nothing wrong.

Their support is extremely slow (over 24 hours to reply each time), and the whole system seems suspicious. They take your payment, delay responses, and then cancel your account without reason.

I wouldn’t trust this company at all. It feels completely unprofessional, dishonest, and possibly a scam. Don’t waste your time or money here — there are far better, more trustworthy providers out there.

Very speedy response and action to correct a small issue

I am using this company’s Cranemail service, and I’m truly grateful for what they offer.

The spam filter is excellent and customizable.
WebDAV works smoothly, and app-specific passwords can be set easily.
They even provide an email client app under a business license, which saved me money since I didn’t have to subscribe to a separate client.
The pricing options are very affordable compared to other providers.
Most importantly, email delivery performance is solid — it seems they manage their IP reputation very well.

I have no complaints whatsoever. This is the most satisfying purchase I’ve made recently.

I cant recommend this company, I tried purchasing 4 times on their site and my payment was cancelled everytime even though I confirmed my payment through my banking app. It seems they automatically block you if you are from a country other than the US or Europe. Good luck to them they will lose clients like this

I ordered reseller hosting, and I must say: I’m really impressed. The price is excellent, the servers have very powerful hardware, and the support team responds very quickly. So far, I’m extremely happy with this hosting provider— I’ve used many providers over the years, but this is truly one of the best I’ve ever had.

I used to work in the hosting industry as a technician for one of the top hosting companies before they were bought out, so I have very high support standards that I have never had any other hosting company actually meet or exceed.

Namecrane never disappoints. I've never had a bad experience. Their technicians are top notch, they read the ticket and they resolve the issue. They don't send a response to improve their numbers asking for information that was already provided like literally every other host I have tried over the years.

I'm a bit outdated so sometimes I need some explanation because I've been out of the industry so long. They always provide the information I need.

I can't recommend them more and I can only hope that in the future the standards that I have for my own company will be on par with NameCranes. I have no desire to use any other hosting service.

I've been using NameCrane for email hosting for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. The service has worked perfectly - fast and always available.
